Having searched the many online comparison sites on numerous holidays, APH is invariably the cheapest. They're about 10 mins by coach from Gatwick, but this has never been a problem for us. Would highly recommend, especially for anyone living south or east of Gatwick as they're based south east of the airport, so on the way there! Have used their parking about a dozen times and never had a problem.

Have used APH for may years and have always received excellent service. Booling is simple and the car park is easy to find. very helpful, friendly staff.

It would have been better if the stop was closer to the entrance on North Terminal, particularly in cold wet weather

I handed my keys in but the recptionist brought up my wifes car details as we had booked in two cars. It was not MY fault this lady hadnt read the details given here correctly. If she had huffed or puffed anymore im preety sure it would have been her taking off in flight! I also watched the car drivers get into my car and drive it like it was a tractor going through mud. On return we found my wifes had a scratched and twisted passenger side win mirror and we believe a great deal of miles added to the cars mileage. We are seeking legal info on how this may best be dealt with. I suspect there is nothing we can do other than avoid this car park in te future and if asked share our experiences with all we can if asked. I am appalled and very VERY angry.

This was a very easy service to use online and everything went smoothly. Easy to find and quick checkin. Inexpensive parking.

The booking and process was quick and easy and would use it every time

Excellent service, correct directions, quick, easy to park efficient transfers to and back from airport... Have used APH before for a different airport and will use them again!

Our vehicle was found with one door unlocked, even though I explained that the lock didn't work on drivers side and said it has to be done from inside vehicle and exited from passenger door. Everything was fine though. The service was excellent apart from this, and we will use them again.

Making someone fill in a question they don't wish to answer or even worse making them fill in a worded review will ensure I never ever again supply information about this web site other than tosay they need to address their customer relations. I would normally have quit the review but thought it time to worn others " DON'T GIVE A REVIEW"

This is my first time to use APH and it could not have been better. The staff were very friendly and could not have been more helpful-even going to fetch my car and load it up for me while I went to get a can of Red Bull to tackle the long drive ahead of me in the snow! The staff at the desks couldnt do enough and were very friendly and chatty even at 5am! The driver helped with my bags and pointed out where i had to go. All in all it made parking at the airport a joy!!

I have used the service on several occasions and have no reason to change to another operator. The service and facilities have improved over the years, and the price remains competitive. The drivers on both the outward and return journeys were very pleasant and helpful to passengers.

A very well organized and professional outfit throughout offering very good value for money indeed( less than £80 for over 3weeks). Only one slight gripe was the return coach. Having phoned as we were getting off the plane as per instruction, it was fortunate that the luggage was slow coming through as we still had a 10 min wait at the bus stop in -3 Celsius. Otherwise, spot on. Would certainly recommend.

Direction to APH was very precise. Once arrived at APH, instructions were very clear, and the bus was ready to take us to the terminal. The driver was very helpful with our luggage. On our return journey, we didn't have to wait too long for the bus, once we made our call from the baggage hall. All in all, excellence service.

Brilliant service from drop off of the car to collection of the car upon our return. We were even given an ice scraper!

Found the service friendly & very easy to use, not overexpensive either. Slightly longer transfer than I expected, but this has it's advantages, taking you away from the terminal and close to your motorway connection, good news when you've just got off a plane.

No effort was required on my part. Just what was needed at such an unearthly hour of the morning! Would definitely use them again.

Efficiency, value for money and friendly staff were the factors I most appreciated in the service I got from APH. Despite not being as close to te airport as other long-stay car parks, all the rest of their services more than makes up for this.
