Finding the place is difficult even with sat nat on a dark morning in the wet.The check in was easy and we were on the bus within 5 mins. The bus to & from the airport was packed so we had to stand which was off putting as so early am going to airport. The journey seemed to take ages and trying to go to North Terminal both to & from airport. Service of car return was simple and efficient at desk.

if you're travelling to gatwick south terminal leave a bit more time - north terminal is the first drop off point so a bit more than 10mins is needed. But generally very good service

I didn't know that bus transfers from Airparks to Terminal are every 15 minutes (hour, 15, 30, 45) and it takes 10 minutes to terminal. I just missed one while booking in and was therefore a bit late arriving at Terminal. I was persuaded to book the car delivery service to save time on my return journey which was efficient and quick service.

Only one comment to make to what was otherwise a very good service. I was requested to approch the site from Charlwood road, but there was no direction signs to take me off to the Airparks site. I had a postcode but it did not appear to direct me off Charlwood road. Regards Mr McCaffrey

Very easy to find if you have your map, but if you forgot (as I did) A few more sign posts would be helpful!! otherwise efficient and helpful with no fuss.

This was the third time I have used Airparks and I will be using them again. The car park itself is very close to the airport, meaning minimal transfer time. I also took advantage of their car pick-up service for my return journwy. For £20 they bring your car to the airport for you saving at least 1/2 hour on your return journey.

Arrival was fine, efficient & easy. The return was not as good, a long wait for the bus at Gatwick, the coutesy phone did not have Airparks listed (I think because the name has changed) so just had to wait hoping that we were in the right place.

On arrival at the car parking depot and booking in, which was simple I caught the transfer coach which was waiting. After 15 minutes or so at Gatwick Airport I realised that I had left my mobile phone in my car. I contacted Airparks by landline from the airport and they delivered my phone to me on the next bus. On return again the transfer bus was waiting at the airport. Fantastic service!!!

On our return from the airport to parking site, buses were not as frequent as expected and it was not possible to contact the operator on the courtesy telephone at the dedicated stop. I have a suspicion that the contact phone numbers displayed were considerably out of date!!!

I was able to book my parking on the day of travel. Not all of the car parks offer this. I was panicking because I was going to have a lift to the airport but I was let down. Life experience is that some companies would take capitalise on this and make it more expensive (don't we all experience this?) but I did not pay any more and I say thank you. Hassle free and easy to check my car in, and transport to and from the terminal was prompt.

Everything worked to plan but the directions to the car park from my approach road (the A217) could have been given.

The website was easy to use but I found the directions to be a little bit misleading. I called the branch and they directed me to the site whilst I was driving (on hands free) just so I got the directions. On arrival I noticed that the place was very tidy and safe/secure. All of the staff was happy and friendly. The bus to/from the airport was hassle-free. I will definately use Airparks in the future. Thanks.

The gent who was booking us in was just coming to the end of his night shift but was still cheerful and helpful. It got our holiday off to a realy good start. On our return the 'greet' service worked very quickly and got us on the road home more easily than ever before.

Decided to use this service rather than the usual taxi. Very efficient and great value for money.

Not wishing to leave my car at home for other family members(!) I decided to park at Gatwick, secure in the knowledge that the airparks service would deliver me to the airport in good time for my flight, would look after my car and collect me on my return. Having used other parks at Gatwick, I prefer the service of leaving your car at check-in, rather than parking and having to remember where you left it. If prices remain competitive, I will use this service again.

Arrival was easy - park in a bay and register at the office. Collection was just as simple - collect keys from office and walk to car. There was no need for driving round and round trying to find a vacant space, and no long walks in the hope of finding the car! My only "gripe" is the poor signage within the Arrival area of the airport, since spotting the Bus Stop 13 sign is very hit and miss - but, presumably, that's a matter for the airport authorities, not Airparks.

Very easy to check in; ggreat value for money; friendly staff; punctual transfer times. What more could you want on the start of your holiday?

We found the print out of the directions a bit distorted but after carefully reading it we got there ok. We will certainly be using you again. Thank you

only one thing to moan about. when we landed at gatwick and went to the bus stop. we went to get on an airparks coach that had stoped to talk to another driver by the bus stop and asked the driver if we had the right one. he said no and he had to go. then he drove off. the guy driving the coach behind who saw this said we should have reported it. We were to tired to be bothered with that so waited for the next one. that particular driver could have been more helpful.

Airparks was easy to book and use. It is still more convenient and economical than public transport alternatives with no delays. Good value.
