We would certainly use Airparks again. There were no problems of any sort and it was easy to find.

It took me an hour to actually find the entrance and then on returning to collect my Car I was told the letter my Car was parked in and had to drag a case and Bag around the Car park in the Dark looking for it...Im sure this is acceptable if there is more than one person as the others can wait at the Office with all the Luggage!!!! The Bus service was very good and very reasonable cost.

As soon as I got there, there were people ready to take my car. All I had to do was check in at the desk and wait for the bus which was right outside the customer area. The bus drove us straight there, getting us more or less outside the airport with a 2 minute walk with luggage to the entrance. On the way back, just handed in the card, keys were given immediately. No complaints and will use this service again.

Return Bus from North Terminal was at a remote temporary stop not advised by Airparks. This took me some time to find. Bus was very full.

outbound was fine. Car delivery was easy, Coach was prompt. return, coach took ages to arrive at terminal (40mins) and was full. others had to wait for the next bus. Got offered the wrong keys back at base but was honest and didn't take a new car. Was generally ok but really could have done with a quicker pickup on the way home. Going to use a chauffeur drop off service next time.

When handed my receipt/card upon checking my car in, i asked what the receipt was for and when I use it. The response was very abrupt from staff and I was made to feel ignorant for not knowing that the receipt/card was what I needed to hand in to get my car back. Similarly, on return, I was handed a card to get out of teh car park barriers. again, I did not understand hwen I was supposed to use this, so asked and a similar response was given, where I felt like I was wasting the employees time.

The price fairly reflects the distance from the terminals. It is a pity the bus has to stop at both terminals - a separate bus for each terminal with longer gaps might be better.

good parking and staff friendly.could do with better signage in and out of gatwick.transfer coach overloaded ,no driver control and children clearly struggled in a huge amount of cases etc.lot of people unhappy about that!will use you again though

Helpful staff, prompt and easy transfers to airport, would definitely use Airparks again.

we were very happy with the service and facilities both on arrival and later on car collection day, all run smoothly. the one problem that we had an item we wished to discuss after having boooked on the internet, there was not a specific number that we could call to discuss our individual query, all we could do was get through to a general number dealing with numerour operators who used 'airparks'and our specific question couold not be answered

Got caught in the snowy chaos of December 2010. So the whole experience turned sour.

Always, when flying from Gatwick I use that carpark. They are very friendly, helpful. Last week with snowing problem, They manage everything in my abscense

Directions were good and the staff very friendly when we arrived. The journey to and from the airport was fine did not take very long as it was quiet time of day. Will keep a note of it for future use.

the fight was delayed 30 hours and this proved to be problem for airpacks even letting us change are booking to bring the car to us at the airport

Dealing with Airparks was not a problem but there seems to be an ongoing problem with between the agent used Travel Essentials, and Airparks. Upon my arrival before departure I presented the printout of the booking and it was not on Airparks system, it transpired that this is not unusual for bookings made through Travel Essentials which made the start of my journey more strssful than it should have been

Easy drop off with a bus transfer waiting for us and only just over 5 minutes away from airport. A small walk from drop off to departures but managable. Once agian on return bus transfer arrived within a couple of minutes when at the stop. About 10 minutes back to Airparks but very quick collection of kes anmd car was waiting nearby. Overall a very good experience.

On arrival to car park procedures are very well signposted. Waiting time for connecting bus to airport is good and bus is of a very good size. Journey was very comfortable and pretty quick to terminal building. Would definately use again as have done a few time before thanks for a great service

my car was damaged whilst parked in the 'secure' parking area - so not impressed with the quality of the service

Upon arrival at Airparks we just missed a transfer bus but another left within 20 minutes and transfer only took about 10 minutes. Upon return to Gatwick we were picked up within 15 minutes and had a straightforward transfer to Airparks and were in our car and away within 5 minutes. Good service all round with friendly, helpful staff.

Second time of using this service service still efficient no hesitation in using again. Thankyou.
