On the outbound service there were no announcements at all and only my wife and myself wore seat belts! I am aware that the customer is finally responsible for the wearing of seatbelts but the driver by law must make an announcement stating that belts should be worn. On the return transfer journey, the driver pulled away from the bus stop before we had time to load our luggage into the racks. Sitting down was a problem as the driver seemed intent on getting back to the Car Park in the shortest possible time regardless of passenger comfort or speed limits. Again we were the only passengers to wear seatbelts.

was pleased with service and facilities but really do think the bus drivers should help the elderly with there bags, twice i helped an old lady to load and unload yet the driver just sat and watched, and i had 4 bags myself.not impressed at all with the driver

On arrival at airparks we quickly checked in and handed over keys and boarded awaitng bus. On arrival back at gatwick at end of holiday we followed the very clear instructions to the bus stop and boarded the bus which had just arrived, after the short bus trip we quickly picked up our keys were directed to our car and were on our way. We were probably lucky with the timing of the buses.

Was far easier than I was expecting it to be. Check in took less than a minute and car was virtually next to the reception when we picked it up on our return. On a slightly down side (and possibly because of works at the terminal) it was quite a walk from the drop-off point to the terminal building/back to the bus stop on the retrun leg. Similarly on our return there was an exceptionally long queue to get on the bus, which praise to the driver he managed to squeeze most people on, but possibly more than H&S should allow. ivo it being cmidnight I would imagine there are ocassions when you have to wait for another bus, which would be another 20mins. All that said, I will definately use Airparks again in the future.

Service would have been ok apart from what is obviously a reduced operating service around 23.30 hrs when we exited Customs. We and others waited some 25 minutes on a freezing night to be collected whereas in that period we saw two competitor coaches pick up

easy to book online, easy to drop off and easy to get car back. what more can i ask for. great value

Mostly good. Two things would have helped: 1. The info I got with my booking said that snowboards/skis could not be taken on the shuttle bus, when in fact they could... this meant that I dropped my friend with all our bags at the terminal and then had to drive from there to the car park, which led to my second wish... 2. Some instructions for getting to the car park from the terminals. It was IMPOSSIBLE and I ended up having to ask at one of the airport hotels. If I'd known I could take my snowboard on the bus things would have been a lot easier.

Unfortnately we had to wait in excess of 30 minutes for a transfer bus on our return.

I can recommend Airparks as they provide an efficient service and were the cheapest on search enginge. It is easy to find and drop off/collection is quick and efficient.

Easy to find, even in the dark. Quick transfer both ways although the bus stop at the North Terminal was a fair distance to walk, which would be annoying if it was raining. My only complaint was that the person who parked my car had fiddled with the drivers seat. Overall I would use this car park again.

The car park was a little difficult to find, so read the instructions and don't follow your Sat Nav. Service gave what it said it would.

The transfer is further than you'd think and also the postcode on the website takes you to middle of nowhere.... saying that staff were freindly and compounds secure. buses leave every 20 mins so allow at least 40 mins to arrive and get to terminal... The main problem is at gatwick itself, when we arrived we were dumped a good walk from arrivals but this wasnt a major issue. when we came back after a trans atlantic flight it took about an hr to get a bus back to the compound, it was freezing and we had a child with us. all the buses were only "dropping off" and then sped off empty , the position that the bus picks up and drops off is the same one and this caused chaos as there isnt enough room on the pavement to get everyone on and off.....its chaos ! i dont think it was necersary airparks fault but more gatwick not caring...ill never do the park and ride transfer thing again, ill pay more to park in the gatwicj carpark especially when youve got a child....

Definitely not 1.5miles from airport, but a great service and good well run car park.

I found all staff curtious and helful,both at the facility and during transport.

We found the staff very helpful and friendly .The delivery of our car to the airport on our return was very convenient after a long tiring flight and made our journey home a lot less stressful and was well worth paying for.

We will continue to use Airparks whenever we travel due to the excellent service they offer.

The transfer to and fro airport was prompt and effected professionally. I won't hesitate to use them again.

Good service all round apart from finding the place and then getting back out of it! A few signposts would be useful for first timers, failing that either read the directions carefully beforehand or get friend/partner to navigate! Mrs D.

The service and facilities were excellent. I have used this service for several years and have not had any problems,I would recommend this method of parking.
