We were lucky as the bus was at the stop when we arrived. At the car park, the driver carried one suitcase to our car as my partner was not very well.

Very efficient and prompt service. Would recommemt this service to friends and colleagues.

I used Airparks which offers a good balance between transfer time from car park to airport and value for money. The 10 minute transfer is cheaper than parking in the main on-base car park. For me this was the optimum arrangement. You drop off your car at Airpark's reception point for it to be parked by their staff. On your return your vehicle is waiting for you at reception. The whole operation was performed seamlessly and comfortably. I would not hesitate to use Airparks again.

All elements of the operation were excellent. Ground and desk staff at the car drop off and collection point were helpful and courteous, giving good directions and instructions on use of the facility, and the bus transfer there and back was comfortable and on time. Highly recommended and at a great price.

Simple arrival system works well. Very friendly staff. In reception paid a little extra and chose to have car delivered to terminal for pick up which is very quick and convenient for fast getaway. Price extremely good. Would use again.

Efficient and courteous. However there didnt seem much urgency about transfer bus. We just missed one and there seemed little urgency which would have worrying if time was tighter

The service was in my opinion, the best around. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. Great communication even before the trip. The shuttles were on time both ways. A very good all round experience. Will definately use on my next trip. Thank you guys.

Booked at the last minute as normal terminal parking not available. Turned up dropped car off holidayed and picked car up. It could not have been simpler. Easier than using the on airport parking

No hassle booking in, regular buses running to airport. On return car ready and waiting to collect. Good security and lighting and car park well maintained.

We always endeavour to use Airparks as they always provide a courteous service and are good value for money.

The service was excellent and good value for money, but the distance from the airport would put me off as its not that convinient. Just leave extra time of 1 hour

Our experience of Aipark Gatwick was a good one. We particulalry liked the option to have our car delivered to us on return from holiday as the thought of waiting for a bus tranfer to get the car at 4 o ' clock in the morning was not very appealing! We even got discount for two cars / two families utilising this service.

The service was booked to assist in transfer of luggage with 2 children in preference to taxi or train service. The outbound service was stressful as we had to wait for a transfer bus once checked in and were then left waiting for bus to move for 20mins. When we reached the terminal the bus stop was not in front of the terminal entrance that meant a longer than expected walk with 2 pushchairs and luggage. On positive note the staff were all friendly and the drop off and collection of car was quick and easy.

very good, arrival at gatwick at midnight had a bit of a wait for the bus but nothing horrific, all in all very good for the money.....

I find airparks very easy to use you drop your car off drop your keys in get on the bus to the airport same in reverse bus to air parks pick up keys get in car drive home simple.

very handy if you arrive on an early morning flight you can get transfered to your car almost as soon as posssible after leaving the airport departures would use again.
