a very good service and value for Money, someone was there waiting for us when we arrived, very pleasent and friendly. when we arrived back at gatwick, rang once we had collected our bags and was assured that someone would be there to meet us, although we had to wait 15 minutes there had been an accident and caused the driver to be late. When they arrived the driver was very apologetic and advised us of a different route home to avoid the traffic jam. Very good service and would deffenatly use again.

The drivers were helpful and friendly. However we phoned ahead on our way to Gatwick to inform them of a delay on the M3. We were therefore short of time to meet our flight so we phoned when leaving the M25 to update our progress. Even so we had to wait 10-15mins outside the terminal making our delay for the flight worse. CF were aware of the tight timing but were still slow to arrive at Gatwick. On the our return when CF were apparently monitoring flights we had another wait of 15mins after phoning them at the baggage collection point in the terminal. It is an excellent service but I doubt I will use CF again because of the delays.

i will use this service in future ,it is so much easier and the whole experience was very stress free

The driver was there when we arrived and we found him to be friendly and efficient. We chose Cophall Farm because of the security measures and were not at all concerned about our car while we were away. When we reached the handover point upon our return, the driver was waiting. Our only very small criticism has more to do with the airport than the meet and greet service: it is very confusing finding your way back to the drop off point from arrivals!

Did not receive detailed instructions prior to going to airport, therefore I had to phone office upon arrival at airport to be told that 'someone' should have phoned me the previous evening to say 'phone when you are 20 minutes from the airport'. Driver was despatched and arrived within 15 minutes. It might be a good idea if you put these instructions on the receipt.

Despite M23 closure on our return, our car was ready and waiting. Some useful advice on the best way to avoid the traffic chaos also much appreciated. Overall very pleased and will use again.

I was a little sceptical as this meet and greet is much cheaper than the others, however given the good reviews I jumped in. I am glad I did. Positives Cheaper than the rest A lovely lady greeted me to take my car. I felt settled leaving my keys with her Car was still clean and accident free when I picked it up. Polite and courteous people Negatives All the literature told me to ring 20 minutes before I arrived. I was running late (bad weather and traffic) on the way to the airport and received an accusatory phone call asking where I was as it was past the time I had booked my car for. All a simple misunderstanding, however I presumed that I didn't need to call to tell them. I thought that a call 20-30 minutes before would suffice. In future if I'm running late, I will ring to let them know. Not a massive problem, just needed to be aware! I also stuck to the 'phone once you have your luggage and have done passport control'. This meant I had to wait a while for the car. Again, not the end of the world. In summary: Great service for the same cost or slightly less than parking it at the airport but with the added bonus of meet and greet. I have booked for my next trip already - enough said?!

No problems experienced at all - in fact we were running late on our way to the airport and someone from Cophall Farm actually called us to check when we would be arriving!

Departure: maybe my fault - forgot to phone 20 minutes pre arrival but could you please put that loud and clear on the voucher as that was all I took with me as I thought that was the only piece of paper I needed. Collection on arrival back to UK : phoned from baggage hall but your staff gave us totally the wrong info on where to meet the driver ! We therefore trailed our cases down one floor then across to the bus stops. Phoned again - no, should have been upstairs all along where driver was waiting. Staff training please note !!!! Not an easy welcome home !! not happy.

We were able to start and end our holiday very easily with no hassle whatsoever. FHR provide a very simple, efficient & hassle-free airport parking experience.

The staff were friendly when I spoke with them. The condition of the car was as I left it. Thr driver was punctual when picking up and dropping off the car. I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to others.

Very helpful call desk. Came to Airport hotel to collect rather than agrreed location. Lovely warm car on return from 36 degrees to minus 2 degrees was best part. I would recommend to anyone.

Very good service compared to some meet and greet .People were on time and car was returned promptly would use again very good value for money..

Had never used this service before but due to a very late returning flight and travelling with 2 young children we thought we would give it a go. It was so easy and we will definately use again even if we have day time flights.

Such a help to use this service as we have 3 young children and it was so much easier to drop car at the entrance to the airport. No transfer bus, and on retunring it was great to have the car there and ready as it was late and we were all tired. I would use again. The staff were excellent.

We were greeted with a smile and a trolley at departures! Fantastic way to start a holiday! On arrival a quick call to the friendly polite staff at Cophall Farm from the luggage hall and our car was ready and waiting outside arrivals. Perfect service after the stress of travelling. First Class! Thank You.
