I have used another Meet and Greet previously and had my car returned with a lot of additional miles and scratched so was a little nervous about using one again, but it is the most convenient and cost effective way of airport parking. Everything went very smoothly and car was returned in immaculate condition. I will definately us Cophall Farm Meet and Greet again.

This is second time I have used Cophall and will definitely do so again. Cophall were professional and efficient; from the people answering the phones, to the people picking up the car, everything ran like clockwork. We didn't have to wait at all, at any point in the process, which was extremely helpful as we have two toddlers - well worth the cost.

The "meet & greet" service cuts out all the hassle of trying to find the remote airport parking facilities and even more importantly-when returning to the U.K. there is no waiting for the courtesy coach to take you back to the remote parking .This is a service we have used a number of times and would definitely recommend for other travellers.

Saved lots of time on an early morning wake up for an early flight. No driving to cark parks and getting buses back to terminal. Service was excellent.

Phone number did not answer. Rang mobile as directed on instructions and got voice-mail! Finally got reply on main number, promised car would be there "in 10 minutes" It arrived after 20 minutes, which when added to the 15 minutes it had taken to get through on phone, meant 35 minutes from first calling them we finally got our car.

will use again as staff were friendly, all went very smooth and hassle free, just what you need to simplify parking at airports.

Cophall Farm Meet and greet were prompt to answer when I telephoned 20 minutes drive from Gatwick and they said the driver would be waiting when we arrived which was 20 minutes later. On arrival at the proper place the driver was not there and I had to call Cophall Farm a further two times before he arrived which was almost 15 minutes later. He apologised and we went on our way. On our arrival at the designated place to collect the car when back from our holiday, the exact same thing happened - this time we waited 10 minutes after having telephoned when we cleared customs as prescribed. This is the first time I have used Cophall Farm having used other Meet and Greet services. I doubt we will use that particular firm again.

Arrived ahead of schedule and car collected within 5 minutes. Car waiting for us at designated spot on our return. Very impressed with the service and would highly recommend to anyone. First experience on 'Meet and Greet' and will be using again.

Perfect. Drop off and pick up on time, friendly drivers, definitely be using them again.

Friendly efficient service making the start and end of our travel simple and free of stress. Worth paying for but always pleased to have a discount offered!

Call them when you get on M23 and they will be waiting for you. Great service and would definitely use again.

We've used meet and greet services at other airports and wanted to use a similar service at Gatwick. These guys aim to be the best for the best price and I couldn't fault them. Friendly service with driver waiting for drop off and similarly car returned promptly on our return. Will definitely use again and have already recommended to a colleague who will be travelling in a couple of weeks.

Good customer service, we were a little late getting baggage and they rang us. Car was waiting for us outsized the terminal.

We have used Meet & Greet at other airports, this is why we chose this process at Gatwick. We chose Cophall Farm because according to the information we were given they had won awards for service etc. The booking process was very efficient quick and easy. The process for drop off was as we would have expected, the phone call twenty minutes before our arrival was answered quickly and the person was very polite,she made sure we understood where we needed to go and what we needed to do. We were duely met by a driver on our arrival,all went very smoothly. On our return we called the office once we had received our luggage, as was instructed on the card given by the driver. We made our way to our meeting place but had to wait more than twenty minutes for our car to arrive! this was certainly NOT what we had expected, we were freezing cold and, had it been raining, we would have been soaking wet. We were very disappointed with this part of the process, the whole reason we use Meet & Greet is for the convenience. We would probably look at other companies were we to travel from Gatwick in the future.

The representative was punctual for both our handing over of the car and its collection at the end of our holiday abroad. I would recommend this good service provider.

Very efficient meet and greet service.Exactly on time at drop-off and arrival.Very professional in every way and for the price, unbeatable. No more waiting for a coach for 20 mins and having to stand around for an hour! I would definitely use again without hesitation.

I was impressed that, firstly a telephone confirmation call was placed the night before to confirm the booking. When I called to say that I was on route the call was answered promptly and courteously, The driver arrived within 2 minutes of my arrival at the terminal and the hand over was very quick and efficient. The return after out trip was just as quick and efficient. I have used a number of meet and greet companies and this one far exceeded my expectations. I would thoroughly recommend to others. Received a courtesy call day before drop off. Driver was waiting for the car when I arrived. On return I had to wait for 5 mins or so. No big deal and prob due to heavier traffic as the airport collect/drop off lane was very busy. Would definitely recommend this service.

Cophall Farm Meet and Greet provide a truly excellent service. The friendly, helpful attitude of the people on the phone, as well as the drivers who collected and delivered our vehicles made it a pleasant experience. Even though we had a last minute change in our arrival plans, they quickly accommodated our new requirements and arrived quickly when we arrived close to midnight on our return.
