Never used a meet and greet service before, but this has converted me. We departed and arrived from different terminals at Gatwick but this proved to be no problem. My only concern was with the description of where the pick-up was to take place on the return, I felt it could be improved as I was a bit uncertain that I had got to the right place. Still, a minor criticism as everything else connected with service was good.

this had made our travel experience less stressful felt quite special will use again.

Meet and Great is such a marvellous idea - OK, slightly more expensive than parking in the long-term parking, but more than made up for in convenience, and time-saving. Just ONE tiny issue - when i had to call 10 mins before arriving at Gatwick on my way out, i had to press 1 when i got through, not easy when you are on your own and thus driving. Maybe that doesn't apply during peak times though, this was 6am.

I would definitely use I love Meet and Greet Parking again, a perfect experience!

We had a 24 hr delay after dropping car off, the car was delivered back promptly , had to pay an extra £20 for this additional service, overall cannot fault the service, all meet and greet personnel were most efficient

These guys work well, are reachable and care about you as a customer by turning up on time. Well worth the price paid. Will call on them again !

We arrived very late for our flight and staff could not have been more helpful. Thank you wholeheartedly to the call center staff and driver, you saved the day (along with a lot of running and queue jumping)

have never heard of or tried this before. Unbelievable how good and cheap it was.Only had to wait a minute or so. Would be good if the number to ring was bolded, and there werent 2 different numbers given to ring. WAs also disconcerted to find 2 or 3 differently named websites seemed to be in charge of the process.

they were prompt arriving when we arrived at the airport and courteous. On the return journey the same - prompt. great value for money and would definitely use again.

We arrived and stood waiting for the driver for less than five minutes only to see him getting out of his car, so he was there already. We felt he should have been stood waiting for our arrival. Other than this the service was very good.

The collection, parking and return of my car all went to plan but I paid extra to have the car washed while I was away and this was not done.

Staff punctual, friendly, helpful. Note: coming out of the arrival terminal looks different than when you depart: just go through the parking garage and you will see the Premier Inn that is across from the Meeting place.

Had to wait a while for driver when we were departing LGW. Said they would be 10mins but were actually 18mins. On return however they were very quick.

After years of using the Gatwick parking was initially quite apprehensive about using meet and greet but decided to give it a go and are so glad we did - an excellent service and great value for money - will use again.

The service provided was far better than even parking my car in the short stay car park - the driver was there to collect may car outside the departure hall and the car was waiting for me when I returned - why would I ever use Gatwick Airport car parks again?

Easy instructions, friendly, punctual for both drop off and pickup. Would definitely use them again

the staff was on time and very friendly. they even noticed i had given them a broken key
