I have never used this type of service before, so was very impressed with how it worked, all very easy.

I used the service in March 2013 at Gatwick for a short break. The value was brilliant. Everything was on time. No waiting on drop off and the pick up was as expected too. The drivers were smart and courteous. Documentation was clear. Couldn't have asked for better.

just very good and at a very reasonable cost. why would anyone use a car park with service like this.

I had never used valet parking before, it was recommended by a friend I was travelling with. It was excellent and all went exactly according to plan. They were there as I arrived at Gatwick North terminal and pulled up as we came out of the terminal on our return. Very friendly staff. So lovely to have a nice warm car with no worries about car not starting as you arrive in a large cold car park. Will definately use again well worth the money.

The phone contact / controller was rude, aggressive and unhelpful - making the whole experience highly stressful. He refused to give us a time scale for arrival of our car even though we were waiting with children outside in the snow. The drivers were helpful and efficient though and everyone else seemed fine. Not good customer service, not good if things don't go to plan but otherwise ok. Not worth paying more for this service though & next time I will use a cheaper one.

Punctual, efficient and pleasant members of staff. Cant fault this service at all, will definitely use again in the future.

So simple, pull up, wave to the driver, they take the keys, give you a receipt and off you go on holiday. On your return as you stand in the baggage collection hall, one phone call and as you walk outside, there is your car all warm and ready to drive home. So much better than taking a bus, driving ages to a big open car park,walk in the rain, finally find your car in the cold, clear the ice off the windscreen then drive home. And the extra cost is the price of 2 coffees.

Car collected on our arrival, no delays, returned within 5 minutes of exiting the terminal at Gatwick. Well done guys.

Travelling as a lone female or with my children this meet and greet service takes all the hassle and problems at juggling luggage and parking buses. I never travel light and dread having to get my luggage from the car to the terminal. Never again. The staff are courteous and very professional. I felt very comfortable handing my car over to them. The office staff were fantastic with my constant terminal change and calls and nothing was too much trouble for them. one very happy customer

great value meet and greet,however, we would have liked our car to be washed whilst we were away and they quoted £35.00 the most expensive car wash ever - we declined this service.

Slight worry arriving at the airport as the main number wasn't manned and it took several tries to get through to the "emergency" number. Got through on the fourth try however and, judging by the people available at the airport could have just turned up and had them pick the car up.

Probably the easiest parking experience at Gatwick ever. Everything worked like clockwork and the chaps from ILM&G were excellent in all respects. Makes all other parking methods completely obselete and for little cost penalty. Car was exactly as I had left when it was returned. One tip - do follow the advice not to call until you have picked up your baggage. I saw one chap enthusiastically phoning his parking company before experiencing a 45 minute wait at the carousel.

They noticed I had a slow puncture so were a bit slow returning the car (10mins) because they pumped it up - very intelligent and saved damage to the tyre. Only reason they couldn't warn me was because my phone was in the car! Very good attitude and value for money. Will use again.

On time both times. Easily contactable and very pleasant to deal with. Over all the best meet and greet service that i'v used so far. Will use them again on my next trip to gatwick airport!

Everything went like clockwork. We didn't have to wait at all and the drivers were helpful and courteous. No hassles.

pros: if the price is good, definitely worth a try. on this occasion, was great value. cons: directions on email though not clear. staff on phone could have been more useful/ considerate.

I love meet & greet couldn't have been easier . My car was looked after and returned in the condition I would expect. The pick up and drop off was so efficient, we didn't even have to wait 1 minute !! Would definately use them again !

I booked the day before I needed the service, and I found them good value for money, friendly and most importantly punctual. Highly recommended.
