Despite having to wait to get in to the parking area due to number of cars arriving or waiting for incoming drivers the service was exceptional from arrival to departure.Staff polite and amenable.On return car was waiting in collection area.Will certainly use again when flying from Gatwick.

we were really pleased. expected something to go wrong but it didn't. excellent service. they were there at the terminal to take the car - smooth transfer. Car arrived at collection point around 5 minutes after we cleared customs. we expected to wait outside for about 15 minutes but we were only just at the meeting point for around 4 minutes. recommend

First time user going to Spain for golf with large bags etc. Fed up using park and ride so elected for meet and greet, who's service was brilliant, courteous and so quick. Thanks everyone involved.

Even though we were early, phoned and told to go straight to terminal. Zero waiting time, Same great service upon our return.

Call was answered professionally and quickly. Guidance to parking area was accurate and the parking staff was waiting when I arrived at the airport and when I flew back in. Simple, easy and quick. Just what was required.

So much easier than parking your car & getting a bus to the terminal. Arrived at the departures, we were met withing 5 mins & we arrived early. On return our car was waiting for us, so convenient. would definately recommend

Really good after an appalling experience at Heathrow with the Long Stay car park at Terminal 5. Gatwick is just such a great airport and this service exemplifies how good it is.

When I arrived, I waited 10 minutes for my driver to arrive. He was very polite and helpful. Then on my return, again the wait was about 10 minutes. Again very polite and helpful and the car was in a good condition. I would use this service again.

Arriving at the airport was all good. We followed the instructions that were given to us and everything worked like clockwork. However, on our return we followed the instructions again and had to wait outside the terminal for nearly 40 minutes beg or our car arrived. In that time we may as well have parked our car in a long stay car park and taken the bus, it would have been quicker.

Calls answered and we were met with only a 3 minute wait. Quickly dealt with and on our way. Called on our exit from Customs and made the call. Approx 5 minute wait but as we landed in the huge storm i was not suprised by this as the roads were so bad. Only complaint was that the driver has obviously had the windows open and the doors/dash were wet on our collection

For our initial arrival at Gatwick, the agnet was waiting for us exactly where he said he would be. When we returned from our holiday, we were 2 hours earlier than I had stated when booking! Not a problem for them. Our car was with us within 15 minutes of us calling them.

Booking the service was easy, no hassle - it took about 3 minutes. Shortly before we arrived we called and when we got there the guy was waiting. Same thing comning back, but this time the hand over was even quicker. We once tried another company a few years ago and they couldn't get our car out of the car park! It left us more stressed than before we'd left. The experience with I love meet and Greet was the exact opposite. We left relaxed, came back relaxed, just as it should be when you go on holiday.

So east to just arrive at the airport and have car collected straight away and similarly on return journey to have the car waiting more or less as soon as we cleared the airport.

A smooth and easy exercise with friendly staff adding to the process. Definitely worth using, especially as we arrived back late at night and did not want to have to head off to a car park! I will use you again when flying from Gatwick.

From the time of booking to being reunited with my car, everyone I spoke to was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They were punctual when they picked my car up and returning it to Gatwick. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. A real quality service.
