On time very friendly service. On return waiting which was good as delayed will use again and recomend

One of the best on the market - on time, polite and did I mention ON TIME. Would recommend to everyone. Their service is second to none, and will use their services again in the future. No problems at all.

driver was waiting for us on arrival - very pleasant man (especially considering the ungodly hour) On our return we only waited a few moments. All in all would recommend.

Phoned as we left M25 and very friendly driver arrived 2-3 mins after we did. Reminded me to check for passports and phone and we left the car with him. On return we phoned after clearing customs and car arrived 5mins later nicely warmed up. I couldn't fault the service

Friendly professional staff. I arrive back earlier than expected but was still met promptly. Good value and recommended.

Everything was smooth and when I dropped car off I mentioned actual arrival time had changed. So when I called at Arrivals they said car was booked for 1100 (I had changed to 0900 on pickup at departures) and it was booked for South terminal and not North which was incorrect. So there was an anxious few minutes to see if the car was going to arrive promptly. Fortunately it did so the system was at fault. I would certainly use again when going to Gatwick.

Used many different meet & greet companies - I would use this one again

One of the best Meet and Greets yet. Quick and polite on the phone and they can speak ENGLISH !!!. Car there within 10 minutes of phone call on arrival. Excellent service, thoroughly recommended. 5 star.

Having tried three other meet and greet services at Gatwick, each with their drawbacks (muddy cars, writing on the windscreen which is difficult to remove, £3.50 exit fee, having to wait for over a quarter of an hour), we have finally come across I Love Meet and Greet Parking and have already used them three times. They have always been right on time, efficient and friendly. We highly recommend I Love Meet and Great, eh, Greet!

The only negative point was that the confirmation form which I printed out didn't have the postcode on it. As I had seen a postcode for sat nav's on the web, I assumed it would be on the confirmation form so we had a bit of a panic when we set off. We arrived early but didn't have to wait too long for the car to be collected. When we came back, the car was there almost immediately. Very efficient service and we would never go back to parking our own car.

Cost a little bit more than cheapest option but overall good value for money. There are cowboy operators at Gatwick but ilovemertandgreet were great. Would definitely use again.

Waiting for me when I dropped the car and when I arrived to collect it, so I can't fault the service. I will definitely use them again.

Arrived after telephoning ten minutes or so before arriving at airport and driver waiting for us when we arrived, the same when we returned phoned from clearing customs and when we arrived at pick-up point car was waiting no damage or complications will use service again.

We had to wait a bit longer than expected on arrival, but the timing at the end of our holiday was perfect, which is the way I would want it. Very efficient and friendly.

All well on arrival, but had to wait 30 mins on return for car after phoning to advise of my return. The girl had not passed the 'ticket' to the driver to return my car to me. I had to call a second time. Not really good enough, when waiting out in the cold and wet. Also I was ill.

Car took 40 minutes to be arrive on my return - was advised when I phoned delay was likely to be 20 minutes due to a traffic problem, and although I had no further contact from the office one of the drivers arrived after about 20 minutes and was very polite and apologetic.

The drivers arrived within 10 mins of phoning both when collecting and returning, despite us arriving earlier than planned and the plane being delayed on our return, and were freindly and helpful, as were the phone operators. Just what we had hoped for.

Through no fault of the meet and greet company,my mobile phone decided to play up.For some unaccountable reason every time I got through to the provider the operator on the other end could not hear me.Apart from that it all worked well.

The staff were extremely helpful & looked professional in their uniforms.

The service was excellent. Instructions for the drop off and collect we clear. We didn't wait more than two minutes and the driver was pleasant and helpful. I would use this company again without reservation. I thought it was excellent value for money. The car was exactly as I handed it over with only 2 miles on the clock.
