I have used Maple Manor many times and will carry on using this very reliable company too. They have never leave down, always on time and most importantly the met you where they say they will. The staff are friendly and willing to help you, i had trouble getting my luggage out of the boot and my driver could not have been more helpful getting my luggage sorted onto a trolly. For me. Yes like and trust this company with my car, and am not interested in using any other one.

Unfortunately I had to wait quite a long time for car to be brought back to airport when I arrived back, however it was approx 1am and so not peak time and I understand that there would not be many drivers on duty at that time

From the first booking to the car being dropped off to us at the terminal. It made the beginning and the end of our holiday smooth and easy. I would recommend Maple Manor parking.

I have used many Meet and Greet services in the past and usually they are waiting for me when I come out of the terminal. This time I had to wait 20 minutes outside on a cold and blustery day. I had been ill when I was away so particularly didn't appreciate this as it defied the whole point of 'Meet and Greet'!

Everything was on time. The staff were polite and efficient. We didn't have to wait either end. It was flawless. What more can I say!

I will never use another parking service because when I left my wifes camera under our coats in the car the night before we flew to the caribbean - Maple Manor found it and delivered the camera to us just before we had to go through security at Gatwick South Terminal! They many times we have used their services they have always been our number 1 choice for meet and greet parking.

I have many good things to say for Maple Manor and have no hesitation in recommending it to others. It is an efficient service which was even able to deliver my car to North instead of South terminal when my flight landed at the incorrect terminal. I would factor in allowing an extra ten minutes when dropping off and collecting your car as I had to wait at both ends. However this was not an issue and my car was collected professionally and delivered back to me exactly as I had left it. Brilliant alternative to often expensive airport parking.

Excellent Service - great valus for money, friendly staff, punctual, easy to use.

No waste of time catching coaches and finding your car. Just pitch up outside the airport and theres your car waiting for you to drive home. All warmed up too!

we were told to phone once we had our luggage, which we did. It then took 2-3 minutes to walkbto the meeting place where we waited nearly 15 minutes. The driver admitted they can't be there less then 10 mins and it is usually 15. better to tell the customer so we don't have to wait in the cold.

On arrival at gatwick north terminal everything fine on 15th. On arrival back at gatwick late on Thursday 22nd, we waited over 15 minutes for our car to arrive in driving rain, not a good experiance, even though we followed arrival instructions to the letter. More meet & wait rather than meet & greet i have to say.

excellent service, will use them again. particularly when flying on early morning flights and late night arrivals. Thank you!

Pulled up in the drop off lane and the guy was there. Fast, polite service allowing me to hit the bar and start off my holiday with a few drinks and of course some shopping! On my return my car arrived after only a few minutes. Great service.

However, as they grown the greet side has become an issue! I used them twice last week and was waiting over 10 mins for my car to be dropped off. The previous time was with the family and waiting over 10mins with 3 children, after a long flight is not ideal.

We have used Maple Manor about half a dozen times and have always been more than satisfied with the service. Staff are always very pleasant and helpful. It really is a pleasure dealing with them.

We had very young children, which made the experiance much easier, a very good service.

We had to call a number of times on the way to the airport before we got an answer, once at the collection point we waited for approx 20mins for collection. On return again the wait was approx 20mins and the car looked like they had been rallying in it, absolutely filthy not what I expected at all.

Brilliant service especially when you have two young children. They were there waiting for us when we arrived at 4.30am and we only had to wait five minutes for the car to be dropped off to us when we arrived back at gatwick airport. We would definately use this service again and would recommend it to anyone. Mr G Clarke.
