All went very smoothly. However, it would have been better had the extra £2.50 for early morning arrival been quoted in the initial booking charge.

On arriving we had to wait in excess of 30 mins for the car to be collected as Maple Manor had failed to 'book' the car in so no colection driver was allocated. On return they were prompt but I had paid for them to valet the car and the level of clean was very poor. The car had clearly been washed with dirty water, to the extent that the windows were so smeared it was difficult to see out.

The whole point of a meet and greet service is that there is someone there waiting for you when arrive and leave. This was not the case with Maple. We have used many different meet and greet services and have never been left waiting so long as we were with Maple Manor. We had to wait at least 10 minutes to have the car colected from us at departure and worse still on arrival, at 10.30pm with small kids, we were left waiting over 20 minutes in the cold. They were unapologetic and when I called to ask where they were after 15mins I was told they were seconds away when actually they were almost another 10 mins. Would never use again.

They were late meeting us to collect the car which was frustrating. However they did meet us with it on time on our return. After we had collected it we found we couldn't find the holder for the TomTom (although the TomTom was there safely) but they were very helpful when we rang them back and told us where to find it

I've used Maple Manor before and happy with prompt pick-up and delivery of vehicle and overall value of the service. However, this time the condition of my car when returned got me questioning if it had been left on-road - coming back very dirty.

Prompt , reliable service. No waiting or hassle with parking and the car was valeted whilst we were away.

Have used Maple Manor Parking many times and almost always found staff friendly and helpful. This last time however we did have to wait for about 20 minutes for the car to be returned which was a bit of a disappointment especially as it was 11.00 pm ish and cold.

Efficient service and value for money if booked early. Not invited to check condition of car on return. It was dark and only noticed next day scuff marks on passenger side door mirror and mark on wing which fortunately polished out. Still would use service again. Particularly convenient when arriving back late at night.

This is the second time that I've used the Maple Manor Parking service and both times the experience was great. The phone to confirm drop-off and pick-up was answered immediately and the car was waiting for us on our arrival back, even though our flight was 30 mins early. I would not hesitate to use them again, especially as we have two children under three and our flights were very early/late.

We were required to contact Maple Manor by phone shortly before arriving at Gatwick. But this proved impossible. Their phones were not answered. So I had to get to Gatwick, find one of their drivers meeting someone else and get him to contact his colleagues. As a result, I had to wait with my car for 40 minutes in the no parking zone at Gatwick. On return, when I contacted them to say we had our luggage, they said they would be with us in 10 minutes. It took them 35 minutes. They failed to deliver the ease and convenience for which IO was paying and I will not use them again. Valet parking providers with a check in on site are much better.

Collection of the car was a little slow but OK. However, retruning the car took nearly an hour. We were told that there had been a traffic delay due to an accident some where. However, the engine temperature was lower than I would have exoected if the car had been running for this time.

They did not turn up to get our car. We waited for three quarters of an hour and then had to use another parking service as we would have been late for check in. We phoned as we approached the airport to tell them that we were arriving but once we got there, there was no reply on both the phone numbers given to us. The police were threatening to give us a parking ticket at which time we decided to use another valet parking.

Collection was perfect. However, we arrived quite late at night. It was raining and we have young kids, this being one of the main reasons for booking this service. There were no drivers available when we arrived, so we had to wait between 20mins and 1/2 hour. We could have been on a bus back to the car park in that time.

So simple just ring book and turn up at the Airport. After a long flight just come out of termial and its there. no hassle about getting a coach back to a carpark inthe rain only to find you forgot where you put it.
