Blue Circle Meet and Greet reviews

Both drop off and collection was efficient with pleasant drivers. A healthy coving of dust from the possibly field car park mixed with a little condensation or rain - thus dirtier than left ment only 4/5 not 5/5

My only concern was that the website still says that Heathrow Terminal 2 is "under construction" and gives no direction as to where to meet the driver. Also the phone call 20 minutes before the agreed time is not convenient when driving and no "hands free" system. However I was able to pull on to a layby and call in myself 20 minutes before, and that is when I found out where to meet. If I had been on a motorway I wouldn't have been able to do so. What about a text option? Traffic around Heathrow can suddenly become congested, and when I reckoned I was going to be about 5-10 minutes late, I called again, but no reply. As it was the driver was still there on Level 2 of the short stay carpark so it was okay.

I dropped off at T2 and collected from T5. Drivers were on time although collection driver did not check the van for markes before signing off. Not sure if they nicked a wheel rim so will definitely check the vehicle myself in future before signing off. Punctuality was excellent. Would use again.

I am so happy customer. Parking staff were friendly and the driver collected and returned my car at time. I will use again Drive Fly Meet and Greet.

The driver was already there to collect the car when I arrived at the airport. There was no check of the mileage nor was the car checked for any damage. On my return I rang as instructed and was told my car would be there in 15 to 20 mins. The driver pulled up within the 20 mins. The car was dirty, but then again it had been parked for 10 days! Again no check on mileage nor damage. Both chauffeur's were polite. Will use this service again, no problem in recommending this service.

Good service that I haven't used before. The signs and directions aren't good, but when you understand how they have arranged it is a good service - just confusing, so levae some extra time whilst you get lost looking for level 2 of the short stay car park!

I'll use this every time from Heathrow, and I can't think why anyone wouldn't.

Good value for money. My one complaint that the directions where to park were slightly misleading as by mistake I parked in the Heathrow Meet and Greet not further along. Both drivers were helpful and very courteous.

Very helpful had to ring as delayed getting to airport,but staff very friendly nd helpful. Also knew flight arrived early nd had anticipated early call. Brilliant
