I booked this on the morning of travel and was most cost effective way to get my family to Heathrow using the Drive Fly Meet and Greet service. As I booked last minute I wasn't 100% sure that it had all gone through until we arrived at the terminal as the service is a bit too automated, however there was a chap waiting for us and have no complaints at all about the service. Will not use anything else at Heathrow now.

No complaints at all. They offered everything I was expecting, were punctual, informative and the car was as I left it, with just the expected couple of miles on the clock for them to store/retrieve the car. When I rang to say we had landed, they knew my details straight away and the car was there when we exited the terminal. Will use again and would happily recommend.

This was our first experience of a meet and greet service and we were concerned about whether we'd be left waiting around. In the event the service couldn't have been better. We arrived earlier than scheduled at Heathrow and only gave them 10 minutes notice yet one of their drivers turned up within a couple of minutes of our arrival at Terminal 3. When we arrived back from our trip at 7am we called the contact number while we were awating our luggage and again, within a couple of minutes of arriving at the designated spot (the departures drop-off zone outside the terminal)our car was delivered. It was grubby but in pretty much the same condition we'd dropped it off in after a 200 mile trip down, which was fair enough. We wouldn't hesitate to use Drive Fly Meet and Greet again - far preferable to lugging cases and children onto buses to be shuttled to the long stay car parks, and cheaper. Highly recommended.

Takes away the stress of arriving at the airport, finding a place to park and the coach transfer to the airport.

the service offered and delivered worked well and avoided the painful task of car parks and buses. However our plane was delayed which made us incur extra unexpected costs on the meet and greet service

It is so nice to be able to drive to the terminal, unload and have the car taken away by a polite driver, then getting back after a long flight and being able to get straight into your own car and drive home. So much less stress than taxis/trains etc! Plus it was substantially cheaper for us, coming from Guildford to Heathrow, than to get taxis or trains!

They didnt call half hour before i was due to arrive and they arrived 40 mins late - thats when I gave my car to another company, Didnt even say sorry!

On time, polite & efficient..... just what you need when plane delayed!

Service worked smoothly as described - short delay on return as you have to phone through once bags have been collected, but that is not a problem at this price. T5 drop off and collection under cover in the car park. Very pleased and would definitely use again.

I have used Drive Fly four times now. Each time they have been extremely courteous, helpful and punctual. Even when I arrived almost an hour early on one occasion, I had to wait no more than a couple of minutes for the driver to arrive and take my car from me. I would definitely recommend this service.

We found the Drive Fly Meet and Greet excellent.It was so much nicer to deliver and pick up our car at the terminal - without having to wait for transfer buses. We will certainly use your service again. Many thanks.

Very friendly, helpful and courteous - I left my purse in the car and they found it and secured it on our behalf - many thanks will definately use again.

Very helpful staff - allowing time saved on both the outward and return journy. After having a delay on a number of ytransfers back - I was pleased to just get the car and drive home , without the hassle of going out to a nearby car park.

Excellent service. Driver even phoned when we were en route to check everything was OK and we understood the drop off instructions.

Drop off was fine but pick up was not good - we waited over 30 mins after driving flying all day. Seemed to be very light on staff in comparison to other companies. Not helped by communications difficulties - just could not get through by phone (line busy and no reply) to the contact number to find out what had happened to the car. Was eventually told over the phone there had been an accident but all the other companies were delivering promptly. Felt they were underesourced and next time would go for one of larger companies (Meteor/Purple parking)

I would certainly use Drive Fly Meet and Greet again. Everything worked as we were promised from the call 20 mins before ETA to confirm our arrival. The driver was at hte airport when we arrived and on return was back with the car in the time advised.

Driver was there to greet us on arrival. Paperwork was simple but adequate. We rang on return once we had collected our baggage & driver arrived about 20 minutes later. We did not read instructions carefully enough & were waiting in arrivals area rather than departure where there is waiting space. We have used cabs & airport car parks before & this beats all for value & ease of use, particularly for longer stays.

Very efficient service. When we phoned to say that we were running ahead of schedule the pick up driver was dispatched immediately. On our return the car arrived within a few minutes of us reaching the drop of area. No problems and very good value for money.
