Very good service, prompt drop off and collection. Would definitley reccommend and will certainly use again. Great value.

I was travelling to Egypt to visit family, as such I had of extra baggage to carry and it would not have been possible to take it all on the train, tube or airport buses. Also as a lone female I did not want to have to arrive late into the airport and then have to make my travel back through central london to get home. Therefore with all of this in mine, I used the Drivefly meet and greet parking. It was excellent, they met me at the departure area, lifted my bags, put them on a trolley and took away my car. On my return they called me a few times to make sure I was safely landed, and again that I had got my baggage ok. The chauffeur stayed with me on the phone until I could see him, parked in the return area we were meeting. As it was very late and dark at Terminal 1 Heathrow, it was great to know that a man was there waiting for me and ensuring that I was safe. He took my bags, put them in the car and gave me directions to get back on the motorway home. He waited until I was ready to move off. The service was fantastic. In an hour and a half I was home from the airport, normally by public transport it would have took about 4 to 5 hours, via central london. I was safe, I didnt have to lift any bags, and my car was ready and waiting for me with no large mileage or damage to my vehicle. I would definately recommend this service to anyone who wants a stress free parking service. Particularly to single women travellers or people with children. The cost was actually less than the airport parking (even the cheapest possible out of grounds parking). All this, and a chauffeur! fabulous. A definately worthwhile service.

I was called to check my arrival time for collection of car. A member of staff was there to collect the car and I was called upon my flight arrival to confirm pickup time. No unexpected mileage or damage to car. The price was very good. The staff were very friendly and I would use again and recommend to others.

it must be more clear where the drop off and pick up is. Mainly the arrival i.e. T5 as a new customer you do not know exactly where to park the car for a while, because there was nobody from you team. We had to wait approx 15-20 min before the very friendly man came.

Awful experience if we had not checked on to our flightf on-line we would have missed it. No phone number was passed onto the collection company and we circled the airport for an hour. We will definatley not use this company again although we have used others taht have been great in the past. It's as if it was a backstreet company that were not allowed in the airport meet and greet area.

very effecient service that was on time and hassle free. Will be happy to consider the service next time I fly from LHR and good value for money.

Due to flight landing early I rung the repersentative to notify him that we had landed and then again on five other occasions for the drop off of my car, it took an hour and ten minutes to arrive... Not vey good service...
