I left my video camera on the bus on the way to the airport. The driver rescued it and the staff responded excellently to my telephone calls from Africa. The video camera was kept in their safe and returned on our arrival home!

I chose Happy Parking because it was the cheapest option..& it certainly should'nt have been any more expensive! Don't wear your best shoes as the carpark is rough & ready & full of pit holes & poorly lit. It is also not that easy to find if you arrive in the dark! It took a while for the transfers both ways but the system did work & my car was fine on my return. So, if you don't mind basic it's worth using!

It was a bit hard to find and the facilities were not a very high standard, but the customer services from the staff and the speed of 'drop off' and 'collection' more than makes up for the lack of facilities.

good value,quick delivery to airport,car was outside ready when returned,40 mins wait at bus stop,but could be down to a delayed flight.will use again

I was worried when I first arrived because it looked like I was driving into a breakers yard.The unmade road was very uneven and full of pot holes and the parking surface was similar. However, the staff were friendly and efficient.Transfers were fine, (although I did think the return driver was training for the Monte Carlo Rally). Overall, having got over the initial shock, everything was fine. Will certainly use again and recommend to others.

Took the hassle and the expense out of parking at Heathrow, transfers were extremely prompt and quick (about 10mins) although our times were very early morning and late evening so journey times will be a little longer at busier times of the day. On this experience we would have absolutely no hesitation to using Happy Days Parking again.

very happy with the service we got , one tiny gripe, the transfer to the airport out bound could have been a much smoother ride if the driver had been a bit slower , not that he was speeding but just throwing us around a little

I apparently owed them another days parking, which was fair enough but when I asked if I could just check my paper work I was yelled at and received very rude service from the woman behind the desk. The carpark is VERY badly signposted and not in the nicest condition.

Friendly drivers and staff at the kiosk. Everyones car was moved so that it was waiting in line for you right where you got off the bus on your return. This and the very good price make this a winner.

As soon as we'd booked in, we were on the coach and away for the airport. On our return we telephoned as soos as we had our baggage and told the driver was on his way and to go to bus stop 25. The coach was already there by the time we got there and was en route immediately for the car park. Our car was there ready to go as soon as we had collected the keys. We had not waited a minute anywhere.

Travelling from south we found the last roundabout on the directions easily enough but missed the site entrance first time round the school building opposite does not really look like a school and does not stand out if you are looking for an entrance on the other side. Once we had found the car park the service was friendly and efficient. Our pick up was smooth, if rather longer than the 10 minutes promised, and the car was ready and waiting for our departure - once we had negotiated the scrum at the entrance.We will use this firm again.

Not happy with location as you have to drive through a scrap yard to reach carpark. Appeared to be no toilet facilities. Staff were not informative on arrival re. where to leave car/where to wait for transfer etc. Whilst waiting for transfer we watched an employee reverse a car into another to which a second employee casually glanced at the bump and said move it forward a bit! We were about to leave our car here?!?! And it became obvious that staff move the cars to a different location. This has been the worst of six off airport car parks I have used. I would not recommend.

Just have to put up with the place being a little scruffy and without a flush toilet. But if you can see through this, you'll realise, this is why they are so cheap and other than that, they provide an excellent, efficient service. Keep it going.

We did have some very real difficulty in finding the site, even with the written instructions. We actually drove past the entrance twice without seeing the sign on the gate. On our return, we did have to wait about 30 minutes to be picked up from Hearthrow. The car was waiting for us, but I could scarcely recognize it form the dirt on it. The actual staff were most pleasant and helpful

Excellent value for the money. Took a while to find initially due to lack of street signs past the last round-about. Once we did, service was great and courteous. Only small downside was the car was quite dirty after a week in a dirt lot. Small price to pay which was made up for by easy transfers to/from the terminal and easy access to M-25. Will definately use Happy Days again.

I was driving my wifes car, she was worried it might not be there when we returned or that it might be damaged. Saying this though everything was fine!

I have already completed one review to say I almost expected my car to be covered in industrial grime on the outside because site so grim but was surprised to find the interior filthy as well. Will cost £50 to get it clean again ,please forward compensation . I will not use you again. As I don't believe you take these replies seriously I doubt you will be in touch.

Happy Days parking is not posted very well from the road - it took a bit of time to figure out where to go. It wouild have been good for the driver(staff member) to help with the luggage on arrival.

Would recormened it to other people maybe some doubt at frist when drive in and maybe when waiting to be pick up at your car park (waiting room) staff very friendly and drivers very polite.

This experience was certainly cheap and cheerful, having said that the staff were polite, the service was what we needed, and does my car need 5 star surroundings whilst I am away? No!! I would certainly use them again, cheap, cheerful, and value for money
