Quick, conveinent & easy to find. This is the 2nd time i have used the service & will do agin in the future. Staff are also very friendly 7 helpful.

Sorry but I will not be using your service again even though it was the cheapest. There was too long a wait for pickup and when I arrived at your parking site my car had NOT been started or warmed up at all during the whole two weeks. Your staff could not work the remote to open the car and it was covered in ice!! One click on the remote from me and it opened immediately! I then had to run the car for sometime to defrost it before I could get into it to load my bags, etc. Poor service all round!!

We were very pleased with the whole service. As we arrived back on a very cold night at about 10.30 pm they had even got the ice off the windows of the car for us.

Incorrect directions given on confirmation e-mail resulting in late arrival at airport terminal.Car park staff unconcerned at the error - "it's the agencey website, our site is up to date". No offer was made to contact the agency to get the site updated. Very unsatisfactory. Will not be using the service again.

We had a few problems finding the car park as it was dark and was not clearly sign posted. We did not have to wait long for the coach but our journey was extended due to having to go to another terminal. What should have been 10-15 min journey was extended to 40 min. When return we only had to wait 10 mins for collection.

The entrance to site was not very well signed from the main road as it was off a mini roundabout we missed first time and had to take a couple more drives down the road before we found it - not very helpful on a dark November evening.

Overall I found Happy Days parking very good value for money. The car was well looked after. The only thing was we had travelled down from Yorkshire and the facilities weren't very good (toilet down the yard)and not very well lit.

As airport parking goes, I felt this was one of my better experiences. Easy to find, and the transfer to Heathrow was quick and painless. On our return, I was expecting a bit of a wait based on some reviews I'd read, but we wre picked up within 15 mins of clearing cutoms, and heading back to the car, so all good as far as I'm concrened. Good value too!!

I nearly missed the car park as it was dark (5am) and looked like a wreckers yard, it had loads of pot holes going down the drive to the place and I felt very unsafe. I was also concerned about leaving the key for the car with them so they drove my car, I think it came back with scratches on the door. The transfer to the terminal was good though and one of the guys offered to get a van warmed up for me. Both drivers though were a bit untidy and smelt but were pleasant. Directions could be easily better as you name the roundabouts but they aren't named when you go past them (only the other way when you have turned around because you think you are lost!) Good price

Directions were very straightforward and easy to follow. Very quick and efficient, staff in the office and drivers were all friendly. However, a bigger sign on the entrance off the main road would be very helpful as it does not look like the entrance to a car park and we had to drive past twice before we spotted it.

Friendly staff, bumpy old road leading to park. Good value for money only waited five minutes for pick up as driver was already at the airport picking someone else up from a different terminal. Not sure how long wait would have been otherwise. Will use again.

booking in was quick and on return to the uk we phoned the car park office,but the coach did not arrive until nearly one hour after the foirst contact with the office on arrival into the u.k. IF it had of been raining when we returned from holiday at the point where we had to pick up the mini bus to take us to our vehicle then we would of been like drowned rats. I phoned the company a second time and they said that he had left ,this then took approx another 20 mins to arrive and i felt that this was the poorest part of the service.

They 'lost' my car for 45 minutes and I was not kept informed of what was happening. I had to go and check the car park myself to see if the car was there - it was not and it was eventually found in the 'meet and greet' car park but there was no record of it being there. Not impressed especially after travelling all day.

I was not entirely happy to leave my carkeys at the carpark. My car had been moved to a different space while we were away. We had to wait for the car to be brought out to us. We were lucky with the transfer but others had to wait due to the small size of the transfer buses. Staff were friendly and helpful so overall an OK service.

Booking online was good, although on arrival the check-in guy did not appear to be expecting us but we filled in our details and within minutes were off to the airport. The ride was rather speedy and with lots of accelerating and braking rather than smooth. On our return we cleared customs and phoned. The minibus had just left the terminal but it turned around to collect us. Again the ride was not exactly smooth but we never felt unsafe. The drop off point looks a bit messy but our car was returned just as we left it and I would most definitely use Happy Days again.

Two minus points,no toilet at parking ,we were not given a parking phone number on our departure and were unable to contact you on our return as it was outside office hours and could only get an answer phone at your main office the only number on your confirmation

We were greeted with a smile by very helpful staff. The transfer was immediate and return arrangements were advised. The car park surface is not made up and looks a bit untidy, but who cares I wasn't staying there. On return I telephoned for collection and the coach was there in about 10 minutes and when we arrived back at the car park our car was waiting by the office for us. Great service thoroughly recommended.

It's good value but rough and ready. Entrance looks so bad from road we couldn't believe it was to long-term car park. Staff friendly, though, but no toilets which can be awkward after long journey. They say they are putting some in. Transfers good but note their coaches are marked 'TLC Parking' not 'Happy Days'. You could miss the bus otherwise - literally!

Hard to find initially as not very well signposted. When getting my car, the carpark driver was involved in a minor accident with a lady who was leaving in her car. I watched it all happen and it was the lady's fault. The carpark driver though did not get involved, apart from trying to polish out the dent. Happydays and the lady should have sorted it all as I was not even driving. Now I have to sort out getting the dent removed and paint touched up myself. It was the cheapest - you get what you pay for.

Lovely quick service. Will recommend this to all our friends going to Heathrow, and we will definetly use it again. Our Bambi motor home was the talk of the week apparently, so nice to hear that from receptionist girl when we got back. Thank you very much.
