I hadn't heard of you until a few days before I travelled. I simply went onto 'google' and you came up as 'best value'. Although there was one rather detrimental review, I decided to take a risk! I'm so very pleased that I did. The service was very personal and I experienced virtually no waiting. It may just have been the way it worked out, but it was my best Heathrow parking experience of all time. The parking location isn't particularly elegant, yet that which really mattered was fine. Very many thanks.

I would thoroughly recommend Happy Days parking. We left our car with them and they were friendly and helpful advising us what we needed to do. Before leaving the car I made a note of the fuel and mileage and when I got back not one mile had been added to the clock. We called them when we collected our luggage and as promised they collected us from the collection point and upon returning to the car park, the car was waiting to go. The gentleman that picked us up advised us that he owned the business and was just starting out. With the customer service and all round professionalism of his company, I have no doubts that he is going to be very succesful

We arrived at happy Days parking at 3.00am, our confirmed booking in time but there was no one there. We rattled the chain, rang the bell, hooted our horn, tried the phone number shown but this was unobtainable, phoned 118 118 who also tried the number with no success. We left at 03.20 since our flight booking in time was 03.40 and had to park in the long term park at the airport - very very expensive (£228).

This was an excellent service and I will use them again. Friendly, helpful and on time. The no tarmac thing is really a minor issue. I have used other parks that are the same. At least at happy days they were aware, and sensitive enough to not put the bags on the muddy ground. The car was brought right up to the bus and the bags transfered direct. I would happily recommend them.

friendly helpful and excellent service offered by staff,after a long flight we just wanted to get home and outside was our bus waiting to pick us up and take us to our car about 5-10 mins away which was ready for us to drive off in immediately.definitely will use simply parking in the future

Very friendly service, pro-actively phoned to check flight arrival and readiness for transfer. Staff very keen to help. Car park is basic, but staffed and reasonably secure (gate was open during day, but staff on duty). Car park quite dark (we arrived to drop off car and pick up car when dark) and unsealed surface, but overall value for money was good in comparison to other operators. Would use again without hesitation if still competitive on price.

They neglected to tell us to call them on arrival! We understood that they would wait for us after checking our flight arrival times. They did not give us a card or remeinder of their phone number etc..we had to call around to find their number to chase them up when we'd been waiting over half an hour! Oversight or inefficient? If they'd simply told us to call immediately from luggage pickup they'd be getting a rave review!

I would love to give a stronger recommendation as the team at Happy Days parking are very friendly, but unfortunately they did give the impression of being quite disorganised. On arrival they hadn't got my booking and on return the minibus driver hadn't checked how many passengers he was expecting to pick up. However in both cases the staff solved the problems with minimal fuss and the service overall was very good. Above all they seemed trustworthy and were a definite improvement on other experiences I have had elsewhere. The hiccups didn't delay us for more than a few minutes so it was all managed well in the end. 3.5 out of 5 and I would use them again.

The staff was very helpful and cheerful.Also i left my camera and video in car and already went thru check in and into departure before i noticed. I made a call to Dave at HAPPY DAYS who promptly got it from my car and came to the terminal with minutes to spare before i boarded my flight. Will be using them again all the times i fly from Heathrow. Also very good for value...

Greeted by friendly staff on arrival. Transfer to the airport was quick. The car was well looked after and was ready and waiting to be collected on the return. No waiting around. Fast, friendly and efficient service. Recommended even if the coach driver is a Chelsea fan!

Very, very, pleased with them. We had a problem with a key we had left at home and we had a neighbour post it to them and they kept it for us. A phone call when we landed in England sorted out our pick up from the airport and the car and the key was waiting at the car park gate. Brilliant service.

We were dealt with quickly and efficiently on arrival and transferred straight away to Heathrow. On arrival it took about 20 minutes for the mini bus to arrive which was 8.30am and traffic was very busy so I thought this was good. The drivers were both friendly especially the guy who picked us up on our return. I would use them again. Don't be put off by the look of the parking area - it is not that large but eveything seemed to run smoothly. NF

Having phoned from baggage reclaim as requested we were told it would take 30 - 45 mins and that we should have a cup of coffee!! As you are so close to the airport I couldn't understand the delay. The pick up is the last thing your customers will remember and after a flight all they want to do is get home, the delay we encountered will be remembered next time I book parking.

A small operation which had a very tired looking portacabin as the only sign this was where we were supposed to go. The car park was poorly signposted. On our return we watched four minibuses from purple parking come and go before the one minibus they had running turned up. For the sake of saving a few quid it wasn't worth the time wasted when all you want to do is get to your car and get home. To their credit the car was ready for us when we did make it to the car park, but they did have plenty of time to get it ready... I think I'll avoid this operation when I next fly out of Heathrow. I guess cheapest is cheap for a reason.

perhaps a little under-staffed which therefore affects frequency of mini-bus,but understandable, given the cost, which makes Happy Days good value for money. This will make me consider taking my car for Heathrow flights again, instead of an extremely costly taxi.

Many staff did not have english as first language. Car parked in muddy compound. Bus driver drove like a maniac - if I were a policeman I would have booked him. Over 30 minute wait to be picked up. No assistance in loading/unloading luggage on bus. Poor lighting to inspect condition of my car before driving it home. Overall a complete shambles.

A small independently run business which is reflected in the personal service you get. I was very impressed with the friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency of the company. Would definitely recommend and use again. The directions to Happy Days could be a little clearer from coming off the M4. Ignore all small turnings/roads and you should be fine!

Easy to find location, if my wife can navigate to it anyone can! Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and efficient. The driver even gave us an update on what was going on around the periphery. Very reasonably priced for parking so close to the terminals.

The site was not actually open, when we arrived in the early hours. The boss came quickly to open the doors and was very friendly. However, if you are arriving during the night, it would be wise have the telephone number and to ring to announce your imminent arrival, as you leave the M4.

Car was ready as we arrived. close to the exit and the formalities on arrival and departure were smooth and efficient. Seemed pressured when v busy and the driver on return seemed to have a deathwish, driving at speed whilst talking on the mobile and throwing the minibus round corners; quite scary!
