Very pleased with this car park service. Booked in and on our way to the airport very quickly. Attendant was waiting with our keys and car on our return. Picked up from the terminal within ten minutes and found this car park to be the cheapest.....Would definately use again!

easy to find and close to motorway. staff friendly, helpful and on time. nice new mini-bus. on our return flight we had a delay on the first leg so it made us miss a connecting flight for the second leg.this meant we had to take a different flight which happy days new nothing about. on finally landing at heathrow and switching my phone back on as soon as the plane had stopped,my phone rang straight away with the staff trying to find out what had happened to us. we were now about two hours late but the mini-bus was waiting at the terminal for us. absolutely no waiting time at all. fabulous service. well recommended. thanks.

Although the carpark was a bit tricky to find, the staff were helpful and friendly. The transfers to and from the airport were within a good timescale. Usually fly at night so use a hotel parking rfacility however would use again if I had a daytime flight.

We found the service excellent, we were taken to the airport straight away. When we were ready to be picked up from the airport, they were their within 10 minutes and our car was ready and waiting. Excellent service and value for money. We would use Happy Days Parking again.

The service was very good, no complaints. Following a recent programme on TV we were concerned about where our car would be stored so used my work car instead of the family car. Not so concerned about dents, use during our absence etc. but everything seemed ok. However, the condition of the site is not very good. The surface is pretty rough and the shared access can be a problem. Having said all this, I would use Happy Days again.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. On arrival, there was no airport shuttle as it had just left so the owner jumped in his own car and drove us to the terminal - excellent service which we would now use every time. Thank you Happy Days....

Happy days parking have provided me with a most highly rated and most excellant service. It was a great start to our trip to the USA as we were driven both to and from Heathrow. Happy days were also there to collect us for our trip home which again was great. I would recommend happy days parking to anyone.

We were loaded up in their (slightly old) MPV and driven off to Terminal 4 immediately after signing in and handing over our keys (loos available).The car compound is in a light industrial area with high, wire topped fencing and lights to the perimeter, with a portacabin office for the 2 staff.It was a small car park by mosts standards and so the service was a personal one, with no one else to wait for. Upon arrival at luggage collection we rang the tel no given before we left (not in confirmation e-mail, so don't forget to ask for it) and went to the agreed bus stop just outside 'arrivals', where the 'Happy Days' mpv was waiting with one other couple. Our driver loaded up our luggage and we were driving off ourselves 20 mins later. A good service.

The drop off was 100% fine and the transfer to the airport terminal was immediate. On the way back we only had to wait 10 minutes and our car was ready to go. So overall, excellent value for money and very good service indeed. I will definitely be using this car park next time we travel from Heathrow.

The directions to the car park were straight forward and easy to follow. The check in time was only five minutes and the time to the terminal (4) was fifteen minutes - 08.40hrs. The transfer to the terminal was prompt. On the return, we called the office and by the time we had collected our luggage, the mini bus was waiting. There was a slight delay while waiting for another passenger. We would certainly use this parking again

We arrived at about 6.00am & found the gates were shut. A telephone call found somebody who explained that the gates would be opened with 10 minutes. We waited 10 minutes & then realised that we still had to complete the checking-in procedures & if nobody appeared soon, we might miss our flight. Therefore we drove to another (previously used) car park. When I called the number to explain that we had no more time to wait, I was called "Stupid" for not being more patient. Would never use them again.

thought it was very good. could have more signs at the aitport of where to go for the collection. possibly a curtesy phone (like the one for taxis) in the arrivals lounge just to remind people where to go as is the last thing you want to be searching for at the end of a long flight

On Arrival i parked my car. The attendant cam over checked my details, rechecked the flight numbers. We hoped in the minibus which was nice and clean and very comfortable. Journey was quick but safe. Return journey was great, we called Happy Days just after we cleared security. Driver was there within the stated 20 minutes, probably more like 15. Another quick and safe drive back to the Car Park, My car was at the front ready for me to drive away. Will use again and again. What more can you want. Safe carpark, nice people, comfy pickup vehicle, speedy service and best of all Cheap as hell. Thanks Guys.

Arrived at car park to find gates locked and no-one about. Phoned emergency number on gates and someone arrived in about 5 minutes. Trip to Heathrow T4 was OK apart from nearly crashing twice (nearside mirror was steamed up - I had to open window and lean out and tell driver when it was safe to pull over). On my return to T4 I phoned when I had collected my case (as instructed) to be greeted by an answerphone. Slightly worried at this point. Made my way to collection point and phoned again. This time I got a person who said they'd be there in 15-20 min. After 20 min and no show, I called back. I was then told they'd be there in 15-20 min and I should go back into the terminal building and wait. Anyway, to cut a long story short, it took an hour for me to get back to my car from my first call to them. You know what they say? You get what you pay for. My friend parked at Heathrow long stay and was away in 10 minutes....

The price is great and the car park is close to Heathrow. However, the transfer times quoted didn't happen. We were kept waiting both ways for other passengers.

Our flight from Cape Town was delayed so instead of arriving at 6.45am, we got in at 3.45pm. As we were unable to contact the car park from CT, we were slightly worried about the car being in the way or wrong place but the manager was very friendly and cheerful about the delay and dealt with it very efficiently. I would definitely use them again.

Cant say how pleased we were, Arrived at Location & we were in the Transfer Bus within Minutes. It took us just 10 Minutes (if that!) to get to the airport, Fantastic Service. Would recommed this Car park to all & will use again in the future. Thanks so much

Directions for finding the site could have been better and I wished I had printed down a more detailed map from multimap or the AA but that was a minor blip. Otherwise it was completely satisfactory and our transfers to and from Terminal 4 went without a hitch.

Transfers were quick and on time. The driver deliverying my car to the office drove over the parking bollards. There is a tyre mark on the left side of my car that I did not see in the rain when I collected the car.

Could not be simpler, our 1st time at heathrow, when we phoned to say we were coming through,from arrivals. The parking controller said they would pick up in 5mins. What a surprise, when we got outside, the transfer bus had just arrived. It put my mind at ease. THANKS.
