Business Parking Terminals 1 and 3 reviews

My only suggestion is buses show clearly Business Parking, so there is no confusion! Also suggest the No Smoking area outside T3 is more rigorously enforced, this may be beyond your remit, but as non smokers it impacted upon our experience.

I entered the coordinates given in my GPS, and went wrongly to parking Terminal 5 instead of Terminal 3. But the staff there were very helpful, telling me that it did not matter as it was the same company, so I parked at the end of Terminal 5 Parking and took the bus for Terminal 3 just a few yards away..no problems whatsoever. On my return after 6 days, I took the bus just right on the exit of Terminal 3, did not have to walk anywhere, there was a bus available right there.. All in all, for me it was the first time I used this Busniess Parking, and really it was a no brainer, good fast and very practical service. Well done!

Excellent Parking. Easy to get to, quick transfers and helpful bus driver who on the way back took us right to our car. Great value for money would definately use again.

The bus driver asked me if I was coming into terminal 1 or 3, and where to get the bus. Very efficient, and if by luck everytime i needed the bus it was already waiting at the stop. Real blessing, given the time I was flying and returning (very early AM)

Waiting for bus was just 1 min to airport, and 10 seconds to carpark, so super quick. Just a short transfer. More than what I wanted to pay but all good and worth it.

Simple to book online, easy to find having used it before (coming from the M25 Northbound get off at the T5 junction then follow the North perimeter road - don't go along the M4). Straight in, loads of parking space and the transfer bus was there 2 minutes later. A really pleasant start to our holiday.

I had never pre-paid for parking at Heathrow before and my last experience of Business parking was so expensive that I vowed to park off-site in future. The Go-Simply procedure cut my costs by 50%. It was simple to operate as your car is photographed on arrival, which meant that I simply drove in and out of the parking lot without any delay.

good location close to airport and plenty of spaces .no problem at all.excellent transfer and buses are regular and punctual.

Expensive but worth it as connection to the terminal is quick and easy and staff are very helpful and friendly.
