Going on holiday with a young family, I wanted to park somewhere quick and easy to get to the terminal from. This was ideal. Transfer buses were waiting for us and not full. Carpark itself seemed fine. Didn't take too much notice of it, but speedy transfers were great. Only a bit more expensive than regular parking and worth it for this trip.

Efficient parking and transfer system, didn't have to wait very long for a bus at either end. Only criticism is that the 'Exit' signs were infrequent and quite small, otherwise very good and I always try to use this car park when travelling from Heathrow.

Efficient on the way to the terminal. Long wait to return from the terminal to the carpark. 3 Long Stay buses arrived in the time before a Business Parking turned up. I had booked & paid more on the expectation of more frequent buses for Business than Long Stay.

Business parking is friendly, efficient and punctual. I'm about to book again!

This is hassle-free parking at Heathrow. On arrival the number plate is scanned at the ticket machine. The bus was there within 5 min to take me to the terminal. When I returned the bus was again there within minutes, and exiting the car park simply involved pushing the (prepaid) ticket into a card reader at the exit gate. No need to validate a ticket at a counter. Dearer, but much nicer and faster than off-airport parking.

It was easy to enter the carpark and easy to find. We parked immediately and with 10 mins the bus was there to pick us up. On the way back we waited about 30 mins for a bus which was longer than I thought but once we were on it brought us straight back and into the carpark. Again on exit due to the number recognition and ticket we had it was easy to just leave the carpark. Would use again.

Directions were very good. No problems encountered. Bus transfers as advertised.

Good directions and technology flawless. The T3 pickup point was ignored by the first bus so the wait aws almost 30 minutes, not good. Other than than minor gripe this car park is probably good value, but Heathrow is SO expensive compared to most other airports, especially Manchester.

The only difficulty we had was actually finding the car park! We tried to use the co-ordinates provided for use of Sat Navs - but it didn't work! We ended up outside Terminal 5 (I think) and had to ask directions from there! Other than that - entry was easy, parking was easy, bus was waiting to go - and wa very clean. Driver friendly also. This Car Park came recommended to us and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to our friends!

If you post 5-6 minute transfers as part of your services, then you should not leave people waiting 15-20 minutes at the terminal.

As we were travelling early in the morning we had to ensure an easy transfer from the car park to the terminal. The bus arrived within minutes of us parking and took us straight to the terminal. Our return was the same experience. We had to wait about 10 minutes for a bus but it did drop us off very close to where our car was parked. Exiting was easy as we had no queue and as we had prepaid we just drove straight out through the barrier system.

The car park is directly at the airport perimeter, and has frequent bus services to terminals 1-3. Upon my return the booking system had broken down, but customer services were very helpful and verified my prepayment with a minimum amount of fuss. Well done - I'll be back when I need to park at Heathrow.

All went smoothly except for arrival (where I thought that my registration would be automatically recognised and a ticket automatically issued - however I needed to press the button to get a ticket.) Then on exit I needed to go to the service window because my pre-booking was not recognised on the exit gate when I entered the ticket and I was going to be charged again.

never have i used such an efficeint service as well as a perfect layout, i will certainly use this service again and recommend it to others. well done! i wish the rest of the country was of the same standard.

Our car registration wasn't picked up properly by the cameras but the staff were friendly and sorted this out. would use again.

I've used Heathrow parking before but never this car park, now I'll not use any other. Directions were good, park itself was roomy, the bus was very efficient and the admin was great. All round well worth the cost

I had a little difficulty navigating into the entrance and actually missed the first entrance this is dispite the fact it is very well signed and I would put this down to "airport frenzy". Once inside the direction are clear and the parking well organised and bays are of a good size. The level of security, transfers and general service is very good and the cost is very good too. I would recommend this parking- and I dont recommend lightly!

Parking spaces were available. Coutesy Bus arrived promptly both to and from the car park to the terminal. Everything worked without a hitch. Receipt from the ticket machine would always be helpful to reclaim expenses.

Booking on line is as easy as using the parking facilities. It is easy to park and the buses run at regular intervals, thereby reducing concerns over time delays on arrival and departure.
