Very helpful staff (I'd lost my booking form) - transfer bus could do with aircon. Without realising we left from T1 and came back to T4, which meant using the Heathrow express to T1 because Pink Elephant do not cover T4. But overall, very happy with them.

I have used almost all the car parks around Heathrow and found Pink Elephant to be the best in terms of value for money and the service they offer. The buses are big and run frequently, no worries about the wife and kids going ahead, or waiting 20 mins for the next one. I will use them again and will always ensure i book in advance to get the best deals

I have parked several times recently so I now know know the procedure. My first time was horrendous as I missed the entrance because I was looking for 'pink elephant' and the sign was so small. I was convinced I would miss my flight- the branding /signeage was the problem

Very easy to find the car park and the transfer to the terminals was quick and efficient. We hardly had to wait at all for the bus. On departure again good bus service to the car park and helpful staff on the exit barriers. We will certainly use the system again.

After Long flight, I required a quick return to car park- Pink Elephant provided a good service, with no fuss. Other Car Parking services were cheaper but not as frequent, and booking on line at reduced rate, was important for me. Good service, happy to use again.

I found it slightly confusing that I had to take a ticket, despite my having prepaid for my parking. I was slightly concerned all through my trip that I was going to have to pay again when I left. There should be some information at the entry barrier that explains how this works more clearly.

The directions for the car park state that you must take the exit immediately before the tunnel however there are two exits immediately before the tunnel and I took the first one not knowing that there was another one. Not good as I spent an increasingly frantic 1/2 hour (at least) driving around trying to find the car park. not to be recommended if you want to arrive relaxed at departures. The person on the end of the phone did his best with an increasingly overwrought customer. The pink elephant sign needs to be changed. The car park is opposite a similar sign for Terminal 1 only that would have been the wrong choice. Next time will be easier but I don't recommend it if you are short of time. I had read the reviews and knew that finding it could be difficult so had read and re-read the directions with care and still had a problem.

You gets for what you pay for. Business Parking costs a bit more, but you get tarmacced parking, very close to the airport with regular big bus shuttles. No phoning from the baggage carousel, no waiting in the cold for ages, no squeezing into packed minibuses. Worth the extra.

The transfer regularity from airport to terminal needs to be improved significantly. There were approximately 30 passengers waiting for 50mins on Wednesday 28th March for a Pink Elephant Transfer. Not a good situation, late at night with people tired from long haul flights.

The carpark was easy to find and from there all was straighforward with no hanging around. When returning the stop for the bus back is where you were dropped off on departure. Signs and directions to here were not as clear as they could be from arrivals.

My first business parking and there was no problem even though we were running late to get to Terminal 1. Due to long queues up to this terminal the driver asked if we wanted to go to Terminal 2 to speed things up. The passengers were very appreciative. Good call by the driver.

Overall, very friendly and helpful. Regular buses, so not needed to wait so long. Biggest downside is the location of the pick up point at T3, is also the location for all the smokers! (Even though there are many no -smoking signs). I don't mind people who want to smoke, but after 10 hours on a flight from Miami, I could have really done without the stench!

I chose Pink Elephant because I knew where they were, having passed them plenty of times when returning hire cars. I'm sure there's not a car park closer to the terminals and as we were returning late at night, we obviously wanted to get back to our car and on the road as soom as possible. We might have been lucky on this occasion but we only had to wait a few minutes for pick-up both at the car park and at the terminal. On the whole, an excellent service - would definitely use them again if the price is competetive.

Finding the car park, leaving the car and getting the bus to the terminal all completely smooth and very quick (two minute wait). Equally smooth on return (no wait for bus). When I couldn't find my paperwork, polite, helpful and competent staff sorted promptly. Excellent all round.

On arrival we walked to the bus stop where a bus was waiting, literally as we arrived at the doors the driver closed them and drove off, he saw us and would have been only a minute later if he had waited. Not great customer service! All other aspects of the parking was excellent

It is frustrating to find 6 coaches queued up and the driver at the front sitting reading his newspaper while a queue formed. Eventually he came forward and picked us up but I felt annoyed even though the wait was not that long. This is the view I am left with although the return journey was smooth and timely.

The courtesy coach arrived within 5 minutes both ways, which was great as I had an infant with me and it was a cold day. The signpostings for the cark park are terrible. Faint Pink italic lettering against a white background is very difficult to see, especially for someone like me with poor eyesight.

I booked and paid in advance by credit card, but when leaving the car park, it was difficult to follow instructions on booking confirmation to get an "exit card". I did not find a manned office and ended up using [same] credit card to open barrier. I was left with the impression that I may have paid for the car park space TWICE! It would be helpful to have some confirmation that this does not/will not happen - providing the same credit card is used.

My online booking didn't go through, and the staff at the car park couldn't check my reference number (what's the point in having one??) because they have no computerised booking system. All they have is a clipboard with a list of names on it. I find this baffling! The staff were courteous though, and sorted it out for me. Took a while, but never mind, overall a good service.

Great transfers. A bus every couple of minutes so no waiting around or having to phone from the airport. Pink Elephant not signposted brilliantly. Oh, and don't believe the 'helpful' signs telling you which zone to park in. We wasted 10 mins trying to find a space in Zone G because that was what we were instructed to do by the automatic sign. However, in fact all the spaces were gone in G. Simply park in the first space you see.
