The signage on the approach roads is very small and difficult to spot until you're righto n top of it. Why not use the obvious, a large pink elephant? Also when you arrive after a long journey it would be good to have loos on site rather than having to wait till arrival at the terminal. Otherwise great and we will use you again.

An excellent secure car park that was well laid out & clearly signposted. The transfer from carpark to airport was very quick & the car park itself is very close to the terminal. My only critsism would be that it was not clear to several people where to wait to be picked up at the terminal & the area was out in the open. I would reccommend this parking & would use it again.

It seems everybody booked a place via the internet. Even though there were numerous exits (devoid of any customers) where I could pay by credit card I could only use the manned office to show my receipt. There was a vast queue and the single person serving seemed extremely slow.

Great location on top of the Heathrow tunnel, Terminal 1 gets first drop so transfer time to there is much less than 10mins. Parking bays are small but it is very well lit and sections are well marked. No luggage hold under the bus and with punters stacking their own luggage, much of it ended up in the aisle, in the way of the many standing passengers. The transfer back collects very conveniently at main exits of each terminal. Mine was almost empty and much more pleasant than the journey to the airport. Great value for a short stay and very reliable transfers on our first experience.

I have used Pink Elephant several times previously, and was generally pleased with the service. However this time I arrived outside daylight hours, and I have to say the signage on the approach and at the entrance was poor; very small and not illuminated. However the transfers at both ends were quick and efficient, involving very little walking and courteous drivers.

Like many others here, I had problems finding the car park in the first place. There are 3 or 4 long term / business car parks along the same stretch of the Northen Perimeter Road, and none of them have any clear signage to indicate who actually operates them. I realised I had gone too far when I reached the Heathrow staff car parks and Hire Car areas, and had to turn around. Driving back very slowly (to the annoyance of the other car drivers behind me), I eventually spotted a "Business Parking" sign on the LHS side of the road (would have be on the RHS on my first attempt to locate the car park), with a small (6 inches X 4 inches) Pink Elephant logo - Eureka! For the benefit of others, the entrance to the Pink Elephant car park is directly opposite the modern-looking British Airways offices, with the blue cladding on the outside walls. On return, the bus stop in T2 is number 7 - this is at the far left hand end of the terminal, as looked at from the front, standing outside - look for the small(!) yellow sign with a black 7 attached to the lamp post in front of the bus shelter.

I read a few reviews of this car park before i booked and firstly, i will definitely use this car park again - a very good service. I agree with what others have said though, it was difficult to find with really small signs to follow. I probably found it more by luck that judgement. Now i know where it is though, it will be my first choice car park.

It is called and advertised as Pink Elephant but the sign at the entrace is so small and so low we had gone past it before we realised it was part of Business Parking. (We did not want to turn into Business Parking if it was not Pink Elephant.) Please have the Pink Elephant sign larger and higher.

with the construction work for T5 the parking was hard to find, wasn't helped with the poor signage. carpark was excellent. transfer bus from carpark to T3 went the long route round T1, T2 so took 30 minutes. On the transfer back to the carpark we had to wait almost 30 minutes for a bus, though once it came it only took 5 minutes to get to the car. On exit the process was quite simple, but attendant was miserable. Will most likely try a different parking company next time.

Once we actually found the car park everything was great but the Pink Elephant logos on the roadsigns were far to small to see at night until you were past them. Make use of the pink in Pink Elephant and use a ruddy great logo to make the car park easier to find!

Just used pink elephant for the second time. On both occasions the bus arrived soon after we arrived and had plenty of space for us and our luggage. On the return journey we were taken directly to our parking zone, even though we were the only two customers on the bus. Some companies would no doubt have made us wait. Very impressed.

Online booking was easy and very straightforward. The car park was easy to find as well, I had read the other reviews so did not expect a firkin great Pink Elephant sign!! It is really huge and was plenty of spaces. Shuttle bus took me to Terminal and all was good. When arriving back at Heathrow (Terminal 2) I went to the bus stop area and not one sign mentioned Pink Elephant or Business Parking (its aka). I waited for a while and saw a pink elephant shuttle and had I not literally run in front of it to stop it the driver would of gone straight past. I would use it again but for a newbie it needs a bit more guidance.

The sign-posting was unclear, as were the instructions sent beforehand. It should be made clear that Pink Elephant parking is INSIDE the Business Car Park, or whatever it is called, and NOT a separate car park as at Stansted, for example. Otherwise - good!

I waited about 10 minutes for a departure bus on a quiet Saturday afternoon. At terminal 1 on my return I was just in time to see the Pink Elephant bus pull out. The next one arivred inside 5 minutes, however. There was plenty of space to park, exit was not difficult (though required paperwork - the Parking Express system where you enter your credit card on entry and exit is easier) and the price was reasonable. I have tried off-site parking and though you may save £10 for a 3-4 day trip you lose over an hour in transit time.

It would be helpful if the Pink Elephant logo was more visible from the perimeter road. We can see the Business Parking sign easily but the Pink Elephant is right at the botttom. In the dark, after a long journey it needs to be easier to find. Other wise, great value.

This is the first time that I have used Pink Elephant parking and I did not find the signposts easy to read - the signs are faded and not at all clear. Also the car park itself was not clearly identifiable in my opinion. I had to turn quickly into the car park having recognised it. A bigger sign I suggest that can be seen from the approach road. Having said that, now I know where it is it will be easy to find.

Very secure car park, user friendly. On returning from my trip it was difficult to find the pick-up point and there was quite a wait.

Easy to find and park. Bus to terminal arrived within 2 minutes. Had to wait about 10 minutes for return bus (10.30pm) but otherwise everything went smoothly.

I was trawling round Heathrow Airport looking for a huge Pink Elephant on a sign! This was my first mistake. Follow the long-stay parking signs, and then look for a miniscule pink elephant on the bottom of a Business Parking sign. Similarly, buses are not pink, or shaped like an elephant. To describe them as 'distinctive' is misleading! I personally would prefer flaming pink signs and buses, failing that, better signage.
