The service out was very good indeed. Car park easy to find and the process was smooth. The service back was not so good. It took ages for a coach to arrive (much longer than some of the other car parks) and the attitude of the lady at the ticket exit barrier was not exactly what you would call charming. Overall I probably would use the service again although it is quite expensive compared to others.

I found both the facilities and service excellent. It was well worth paying the extra to park my pride and joy myself and leave it in a well maintained and secure car park.

We found the car park was quite well sign posted but it could have been a little clearer en route from the motorway. Upon arrival I'd have no complaints at all about the service or facilities. The buses were very frequent and prompt and our driver was very friendly and helpful, advising us what stand to use on our return. When we did return the bus picked us up withing minutes and the car park reception staff were very polite and courteous.

The sign posting for Pink Elephant car parks was poor. I drove striaght past it once. it needs to be much more clearly sign posted in the road leading up to the car park. The only place it says Pink Elephant is in small letters under the main business parking sign right by the entrance.

If it's your first time using Pink Elephant and are coming from the M4, don't take the first exit off the Heathrow Spur road (sign posted to the A4) but continue under the bridge and then take the next exit on the left to the northern perimeter road (the model of Concorde is on the right). Follow the signs for Business Parking as Pink Elephant is not very prominent.

There is nothing to add to the quality of the service. However, the price is high. You should aim at beating Taxi fares from places such as London, Essex, etc... People then will prefer to bring their cars instead of a Taxi. That gives them some time flexibility and independance. You could improve the facility by allowing easy detection of one's car in car park. Although I took note of the place where I parked, I could not find it easily. Best Abdel Salhi

Close to airport. Excellent facilities and staff. Simply Parking deal made Pink Elephant value for money.

I was impressed with the whole experience except for the poor signage....even the courtesy bus driver agreed with me that the car park is tricky to find. Instructions to "follow the signs for Pink Elephant" need to be supplemented with additional instructions of how to proceed at roundabouts. Also an actual pink elephant on the sign would probably help! I would have also liked to have been told to go directly to stand 16 on my return, rather than having to find an airport sign and then re-trace my steps.

On returning from a delayed flight we had a 25 minute wait for the bus to take us back to the car park. When we rang to see where the bus was, we were told that the operator would contact the driver! No apology, no indication of how long to wait. Fortunately it was not too long after the bus turned up. Otherwise the service is convenient and efficient.

Will probably use again, but was very disappointed with having to wait at least 15 minutes at Terminal 3 to get shuttle back to parking lot. Actually waited so long that we ended up going back inside airport to eat and try again. We also saw shuttles drive by, empty but did not stop at designated area. From the parking lot to the airport, we probably had to wait 10 minutes before shuttle picked us up. (another one came earlier but was full so never stopped).

Its very easy to drive straight past the entrance, coming from the M25. Because the road layout is a bit odd its not easy to double back on yourself. Leaving the airport terminal building, the signs are rubbish (this is Heathrow's problem, not Pink Elephants). You need to go to bus stop 16.

Although the directions were easy to follow the sins were not there to confirm you were on the right road. The colour on the logo is very faint so not easy seen on the signs. Apart form that we felt the car was safe and service very good. Would use it again

I only had to wait about 1 minute for bus to arrive on my outward journey and bus was already waiting outside the terminal on my return.

Very quick transfers both ways (10 Minutes). Definitely a quicker location than the other car park at perimeter fence.

Simple and easy process from booking through to parking and finally departure - could not have been quicker.

Bus waited for us at our car while we got our luggage as it was pouring. Pick up at arrivals was instant - very friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone.

May I suggest that the Pink Elephant signs at the bus stop at Terminal 2 are more prominent? It is difficult to find Bus Stop 7 and you only see a faded sign when you get up close to it. Otherwise, a good service.

As a first time airport parker, I read several reviews on simplyparking. Pink Elephant seemed to have significantly better facilities for just a few pounds more, so I went for them. I wasn't disappointed. The car park was well maintained and lit, there were plenty of bus stops in the car park, and I felt secure about leaving my car there. I didn't have to leave my key or anything. The signs on the way there weren't too hard to see either, as long as you pay attention. The only drawback was that the information and email refer to showing the car park staff a "voucher", and so I was slightly nervous that I didn't get anything like a voucher. It turns out all they needed was the confirmation code on a printout of the email. I'd recommend Pink Elephant as an excellent car park.

Took a while to get back from airport to car park as a delivery van was blocking the layby and the courtesy bus driver drove through without seeing any of the people waiting to be picked up. Signposts at arrivals area were non-existent until you actually reached the place you had to wait. Otherwise ok.

Always try to use the Pink Elephant when travelling but was disappointed not to be able to secure a pre-booking for late June. Can only assume that this was because it was fully booked.
