friendly helpfull staff, good choice of food and drinks available ,lovely showers with hot towels,good internet access well worth the cost,would recommend to anyone,I'll use this lounge again.

My overall experience in the lounge on this visit was good, however, I was dissapointed in the fact that I requested a towel several times from the receptionist and was informed they were awaiting delivery from housekeeping. During my entire 5 hour stay, no towels were available.

Nice place to unwind clean good food you cant beat the price for all they are offering.

Very easy to forget you are in a airport. Great break from the rush of travel.

the service , the quality and quantity of the food , the availability of all types of drinks from water to juice to beer and spirits and wine ... UNBELIEVABLE AND UNPARELLED ! fresh fruits and baked breads , desserts that are mouth watering !!! i work in afghanistan and was going home on r&r when my friend told me of this service . i have since told the rest of the department ( 200 people ) that since we have to travel through Dubai airport this is the place to go !!!everytime i am in the Dubai airport i will be there at the lounge , you can count on it ! thank you for having such exquisit taste in everything that the lounge has to offer !

Anyone looking for a place to get some rest and for a place to make a stay at airport a pleasant experience should look no further.Great place worth of every cent.

I recommend a stay in the lounge over the busy airport seating areas. Relax with a drink and consider a refreshing shower (a nice bonus) before your next flight. My friends and I always stop in and I recommend it to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Great shower facility. Food was mediocre and not much variety, meaning it catered to very specific ethnicity. So the bread was good, though.

Recommend this service for anyone traveling through Dubai with a layover. The services are great and the prices are reasonable.

The one problem I found was the very limited Inrternet access from my laptop. Otherwise, a confomfortable visit.

A little more variety on the food would have been nice. Also, it would be good to let people know to have the 230V adapters or for the desk to provide them.

This was probably my 5th or 6th visit to this lounge. It is always a pleasure. Quiet setting, great internet, and the food a delight.

It was a good and enjoyable transit in the lounge.The food choices were good and the drinks were always readily available. I had a rest at the enclosed area and it was a quiet and nice enviroment. It could have been better if the lights can be dimmer.

You provide very good food ,drinks, place is clean, big and comfortable and your personal is good and friendly. Also very important shower-refreshment. Until I stay more than 3-4 hours on Airport I'm gone use your lounge. Thank you

The staff was very helpful, they have plug adapters if you forget yours. There is a stairway behind exchange counter C so you definitely can get to the lounge before your 3 hour check in window. Internet, alcohol, food, showers, smoking lounge, comfy chairs, newspapers, and magazines are all included. You'll save the entrance fee just on food costs, this place is well worth it.

Went in and had a difficult time finding a seat with a power plug close so I could use my computer. It was July and there were many travelers, I just used the place during a busy travel month. Overall awesome service!!!

The lounge makes a long layover relaxing and most enjoyable. I would recommend it to anyone who has the time to enjoy it, it is a great valve.

the staff was wonderful, I needed my cell phone charged and I did not have a charger, and they did it for me w/o any issues. I might recomend that you install some hooks in the shower and hangers to hang cloths better: as well as something to keep the water from running out of the shower into the drying area, or lay down a rubber matt to stand on. Plus an exhaust vent to pull the wartm steam in the shower. Other wise, your facilitues are wonderful and a treat to enjoy! I also wish I could stay longer than the 5 hours,,I needed 8 hours and had to wait 3 hours prior to going in so I would not exceed my 5 hours
