I find that every time I use scotpark the service and transfer are quick and frequent. the parks is easy to find and convient for the qirport.
I would use them again, but all airport car parking is too expensive no matter who provides it.
Very good shuttle service (but why does the bus stop, at the parking end, with its door on the far side from our cases on the office steps? - there's plenty of room to do it the other way round) Another easily fixed complaint is the woeful signposting or lack of it. On arrival we found ourselves hammering on a locked door at the wrong office until someone came and put us right. On our return we found ourselves trying to get back the same way as we came in, not realising there was a more direct exit (signposted but not perceived amid the general clutter from the office area). Generally the whole site, fencing etc, is rather a mess and could do with some investment - considering we paid top rates (because we've been before, and other much cheaper sites had poor reviews on security or reliability) Security difficult to assess but no problem.
for someone who is not used tothe internet it was easy to organise and pay for
The price was good but it was around the time of some snow and had not been cleared or even attempted to be cleared of snow and as such struggled to get up hill and then took about a dozen attempts to get in to a space
I do not use airport very often but when I do it is always at Scotpark for parking as I find it most convenient
Close to the terminal building so easy to find and no long bus transfers. Staff very helpful.
As I said Scotpark is just so easy to find, plenty space to park without getting your car bumped / scratched, "in & out" cost effective type facility, just so convenient.
We always use this car park, although dearer than others parking is on sight and secure and is also used by Airport Staff. The transfer bus is efficient and the car park is a short ride from the terminal. Easy to find and well sign posted.
Our son had dropped the car off and we collected it on return from our own holiday. We weren't sure how to get out the exit barriers and the man in the kiosk didn't make it perfectly clear that we needed a ticket for validation. We were tired at that time of the morning (1.30 am) and needed a bit of prompting. Once we sussed out the system we were away.
On both departure from the carpark and arrival at the airport on return, the coach driver, about to set off on his journey, saw us approaching and waited for us - thanks.
All you really need for parking your car. Drive in, take your ticket, park your car, catch a bus, have a good holiday. Remember to note which Bus Stop you parked your car nearest - so you get off at the right one on the way back. Plus, you validate your ticket near the exit NOT at the entrance.
Easy to find. Transfer quick and easy. Pick up was there and delivered to car straight away and on the road in minutes. Great Thank you.
All the staff were courteous and helpful - the offices clean and tidy and transfers to and from airport were hassle free
We were first time users. My wife was unexpectedly needing to use crutches. We were given a parking place by the office. The staff and drivers were very helpful and transfer was fast. I would be happy to use the facility next time.
Hi, I was very pleased with the ease of booking on-line & also the helpful & customer friendly service I received at the car park /reception office & also the staff on the bus on way to airport .... very happy overall with booking car parking through yourselves & will definitely use your company again in the future.... Thank-you & best regards.
As an infrequent user ther are a lack of signs showing where to park and where the nearest bus stop is. This is okay in the summer but on a dark wet evening it could be a bit confusing however I will definitely use the facilty again as it was so easy and offers excellent value for money, especially if booked in advance.
Everything was fine until asking the staff to validate my ticket for exiting the car park. The attendant seemed to think he could talk down to me when I asked if he opened the barrier or if I still used the ticket to open the barrier. He and his mates who were sitting around doing nothing seemed to find my question hilariously funny. The caveman style of customer service really put me off using them again.
IT was a reasonable experience but could have been enhanced by clearer parking instructions and better connections.
Your information is out of date, pick up bay at airport is bay 4, you advise bay 11. I missed the bus due to this, car park staff claim they have told you this information several times over the last year.
