Arrival Procedure
Take a ticket at the entrance barrier and park, making a note of zone and nearest bus stop. Take a free transfer to Edinburgh Airport.
Departure Procedure
At Edinburgh arrivals terminal follow signs for "Buses". Courtesy coaches are located in front of the terminal at the Airport Car Rental and Car Parks stop at Stance 11. Between 10pm and 6am, please use courtesy phone by bus stop or call 0870 8500231. Once at the car park present your entry ticket and booking confirmation at the customer services office located at exit.

Courtesy bus service runs 24 hours a day, every 10 minutes, taking approximately 5 minutes.

01 June, 2009All you really need for parking your car. Drive in, take your ticket, park your car, catch a bus, have a good holiday. Remember to note which Bus Stop you parked your car nearest - so you get off at the right one on the way back. Plus, you validate your ticket near the exit NOT at the entrance.

03 August, 2008We were first time users. My wife was unexpectedly needing to use crutches. We were given a parking place by the office. The staff and drivers were very helpful and transfer was fast. I would be happy to use the facility next time.

31 July, 2008As an infrequent user ther are a lack of signs showing where to park and where the nearest bus stop is. This is okay in the summer but on a dark wet evening it could be a bit confusing however I will definitely use the facilty again as it was so easy and offers excellent value for money, especially if booked in advance.

10 July, 2008Everything was fine until asking the staff to validate my ticket for exiting the car park. The attendant seemed to think he could talk down to me when I asked if he opened the barrier or if I still used the ticket to open the barrier. He and his mates who were sitting around doing nothing seemed to find my question hilariously funny. The caveman style of customer service really put me off using them again.

23 June, 2008Your information is out of date, pick up bay at airport is bay 4, you advise bay 11. I missed the bus due to this, car park staff claim they have told you this information several times over the last year.

20 June, 2008Great location and very regular easy access transfers particularly for buggies prams and wheelchairs. Added to the pleasure of my holiday being such a hassle free transfer in just a couple of minutes. Will definately use again.

29 May, 2008Almostly missed my flight because the transfer bus was late,i got parking space half a mile away and then had to walk all the way to the pick up point and then transfer bus was delayed.and its not 1 minute from from the airport departure as i was instructed when i booked

29 May, 2008pre-booking info didnt open barrier after having to got to office to get validation - needed staff assistance at 3rd attempt. Resulting 15 min delay. No reflection on staff - just poor systems.

19 May, 2008No one at office on arrival. Drivers to and from airport were the grumpiest I've seen. Their attitude would turn visitors away from Scotland/Edinburgh.

11 March, 2008I hate other persons parking my car. With Scotpark this is not necessary. Easy to drive in and park. Bus collection points in various locations so not far to walk. Transfers to airport are easy.

03 December, 2007It was so easy and hassle free,I just dont know why I paid £50.00 for a taxi to and from the airport as I did before, this time I spent it in the duty free. Also the staff were so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend using NCP Scotpark to anyone using the airport.

21 November, 2007Very quick transfer to airport just minutes away, and in peak period more than one bus is operated and they are large buses with luggage storage. On return a free phone service is offered or as in our case there was a bus already waiting at the bus stand. The drop off point and collection point are under a closed walk way so if there is a short wait at least it is under cover and the bus always stops and leaves from the same stand which is in a secure parking bay at the airport. There are numerous drop off points in the car park so you are never too far away from the car. On one occasion we had a flat battery and the staff were only too pleased to help and got us on our way.
