Driver was waiting to collect car at designated point on our departure and on our return by the time we had collected our luggage the driver was waiting with car. Excellent service, would use again, very smooth, hassle free experience.

collected our case, then phoned, but engaged for 5 mins, left message on answer machine, waited in the multi story car park for 5 mins before car arrived, guy couldnt get a ticket out of the machine, so he just gave me the money, and said there was a ticket machine on the way out, which we couldnt find. as i said, could have been better

For people unfamiliar with Edinburgh Airport please tell them that to access the multi story car park they have to follow the signs for the short stay car park THEN they will come across the sign for the multi storey car park. I ended up in the drop off car park and had to pay £1 to get out.This also happened to the other group of people from our party travelling in another car. When we finally made it I had to phone as there was no-one to meet us.On the way back everything was perfect.

On arrival at the airport at the start of our holiday, the driver was there to meet us. When we arrived back at the airport at the end of our holiday, the car was at the pick-up point waiting for us as soon as we had collected our luggage and exited the terminal building. I can't see how this service could be improved on. I would not hesitate to use it again.
