The idea of paying for a 'meet & greet' service is to have someone waiting when you arrive. Not to have to wait for 10 minutes for them to arrive to collect or bring your car. I use newcastle Meet & Greet and the driver/car is always there if i phone them half hour before and as i get off the plane. For collection i phoned this service as i got off the plane,left a message and then again as i was waiting at the delivery point and then i had to wait a further 10 minutes for my car to arrive. Everyone was friendly and polite but this does not provide a meet & greet service as expected.
Departing,it was so easy, this to me is far better than parking within a lot moving cases onto another minibus, then off onto a trolley to much handling, the staff a first class and very polite and friendly. Returning,Car & Staff atthe point where we arranged prior to departing, again polite and friendly no hastle with waiting in bus lanes etc for mini bus, just luggauge into car and off Home great after a 4.5 hr flight will certainly be doing this again and with this Company First Class 10 out of 10.... Thankyou Park and Fly staff for the pleasant experience.
I thought the service was exceptional value for money, and we had no trouble with the instructions and directions. On the way home, with a 3 hour drive to north of Inverness ahead after our flight, it was great to just have the car delivered at the airport and off we went.
This is the first time I have used this service, and I was not disapointed. You only have to unload your luggage once. The drivers are very helpful, and you are given easy instructions to follow on where to drop and pick up your car.
Excellent in every way. a simple phone call ensured our car was there to greet us even though our lugguage was still in Frankfurt. Worth every penny.
Went in the wrong end of the ground floor of the parking area to meet the rep, I think they should explain fully,someone like me,newcomer to this,exactly what and where to go.There are are few entrances to car parks, knowing the right one is a bonus. Overall I will be using this again and again.
A quick service, which offers the ultimate in convenience, which would have been perfect had my car not returned looking like it had just driven through a field. But it was only muck... with no damage thankfully. I would definitely use this service again.
i dont regularly fly from edinburgh so thought it would be easier to do the meet and greet than look for the car park. once i eventually found out how to get into the car park (i was told to drive into the ground floor of the multi-story carpark rather than the short stay so ended up always on the first floor looking down!!) the driver wasnt long before he came. on return we did wait 10 mins for my car to be returned as we were told to wait till we collected our luggage, i felt maybe i could have phoned earlier. apart from that it was great not waiting for buses and lugging luggage with children.
Pay a little more and you can drive to the airport, hand over your keys and walk straight into the airport. Even better on return from your holiday when you walk out of the airport and your car is waiting!
Did as asked when booking online, and called 15 mins prior to arrival at airport, as the booking only asks for a rough arrival time. Petulent Paul,(claims to be the Owner) took the huff and we ended up waiting in the car park until he could be bothered to send a driver along the 2 miles or so to the airport. On my return, the office girl was not much help either when our flight was re routed. Picked the car up from the very tightly parked sardine style car park at Newbridge roundabout and bumped into Paul. When asked his excuse for the shoddy service was that.......... we had not booked throught his own website ??? Pittiful customer service and IP skills. Cant imagine what would happen if your car was damaged.
Excellent service will recommend, Flight back delayed, car ready and waiting , shame abouit the weather !!
Only shred of doubt in recommending this service is the above mentioned dent but as I didn't notice it when recieving car back there's no proof it occurred in your facility.
Great service and good value for money when compared with other parking options. Once we collected our luggage we headed for the drop off area and within 5 minutes or so we were driving home.
Called carpark 10mins before arrival and as soon as i had stopped at the drop off point there was a driver there to meet. Within 5 mins i was checking in! On the return leg the call was made as i was collecting my baggage and was met by the driver with my car in about 5 mins. Great company, great people and great pricing.... Many Thanks and i will be using your business again.
It says on booking form to contact office to go over arrangements, but the chap who speaks to you reacts as if you are stupid for contacting. Ok he may have done it many times before but I had not.
Staff very courteous and accomodating, we were arriving earlier than planned and when we phoned and asked if they could come early to collect our car, they did! Thank you. Would certainly recommend you to others.
No complaints! Very punctual on both arrival and return. With our early departure flight this was just the ticket. Will definitely use agian. Have always stayed overnight at an airport hotel with parking when I have a morning flight, but i think from now on I'll use the "meet and greet".
Service was prompt and helpful...it was nice to have a cheery welcome on a very early flight, just when you think you're the only one up at that hour! Return of car was just as quick and friendly.
I will not be using this service again. When we phoned to let them know we where running late, all they had on file was our name - no car, flight details. We where unsure where to meet the driver. When returned late and hassled we had to wait 30 mins for the car to be returned to us, we were told the driver was dropping off another car and it was covered with what looked like chicken excrement, very dissatisfied.
Booking was for 7am and the chap arrived at 7.05am, very good. On our return I was asked to phone when we left the terminal, which I did but the car took a further ten to fifteen minutes to arrive and it had started raining. A minor complaint however and I would not hesitate to use the service again.
