Easy to find, courteous staff, prompt pick-ups,good price. We will definitely be using Low Cost Parking again.
Found the service to be straight-forward, polite and value for money, with parking minutes from the airport and a very quick and simple service. A thousand times better than waiting for taxis or buses and to be recommended.
Car Park was easy to book and access to Car Park was easy to follow from the motorway. Staff were both friendly and efficient and also smartly turned out. I would recommend Low Cost Parking to anyone I know who is using Edinburgh Airport and will definately use again myself.

Very friendly staff but my only niggle being dropping a couple off at the flyingscot before us. I realise both are owned by the same company but the flyingscot bus drove past us while we were waiting to be picked up from the airport.

One downside: on the website it was said that you didn't have to leave your car keys ... when we got to the car park we were told to leave the keys. it would be good to update the website. all in all a good service for a competitive price!
Parking was easy to find and transfers quick and convenient-will use again
The whole service is very organised and hassle free. I was in my car and on the road within 15 minutes of collecting my bags.Exceptional value for money. All personnel were helpful, polite and friendly, which added to the experience.

Just a few words how good team and company that is. We came back from holiday earlier but didnt inform the airport parking, unfortunatelly our car was stuck behind other cars due to different dates(they didnt know we will be coming earlier-otherwise they would get our car ready) company gave us mini bus instead so we could return home after holiday, didnt have to pay for petrol or a mini bus. next day we picked our car back and everything was ok. Just to say big thank you for that help.
Even though we were caught up in the globespan collapse ,our car was sitting waiting when we eventually arrived back in edinburgh ,the long way round. 9 out of ten would only use this car park , must add, entrance a little confusing, way too many advertising signs up be very careful here .
Easy to find the parking and transfers were good right to the drop off point no11. Staff were very helpfull on arrival back with keys ready. Would use again if price was right.
the location is ideal for edin airport from edin city centre side we normally use long stay on airport park but because of late booking holiday found cost very prohibative, will definately choose to use this car park in future.
no complaints really, but when we came back it was really cold and it might have been helpful if the car had been started and warmed up a bit for us arriving. otherwise first class
Everything ready on arrival and on departure other than a longer wait than expected for trspt to airport on arrival. I would choose this place again and I will recommend it to my friends

Very helpful and friendly even at 3.30am. The office staff dealt with my booking in within a couple of minutes, durng that time another gentleman loaded my case on to the coach ready to go to the airport - - literally 5 minutes from arriving to leaving. A brilliant , good value service. I would recommend them to anyone.
When arrived at low cost parking it only took 5 minutes to have us on our way to the airport the bus driver was very helpful with our luggage and explained to us all we had to do was use the freephone in the airport to contact them when we got home, the driver arrived within 5 minutes to take us back to pick up our car. When arrived back the staff had our keys and car at front door ready for us. So was very happy with the service received from the staff. James and Tracy
