We booked a place and arranged for friends who were flying out to take our car to the airport and leave it with Low Cost Parking. We flew in 5 days later and collected the car. No problems, shuttle bus arrived at the pickup point outside the terminal before we did, car was waiting at the Low Cost compound. Excellent service at a fair price. Will use them again next time.
first time i've ever used airport parking and i would certainly recommend it
it was a fair price and a lot less hassel than trying to get to the airport by other means
The only issue was the time taken for the bus to arrive to pick us up from the phone call was about 10-15 minutes
made the wrong turn to the car parking but handled well by staff, they put us right and did not leave us feeling stupid.
On my return to collect my car I had accidently clicked the wrong time for our return on my booking The reception staff made me feel very stupid and inconvenient I apolagised more than once but the receptionist remained annoyed. I understand i had made a mistake but I felt the receptionist could have been more forgiving This would have improved my experience and good opinion of the Low Cost Parking Good customer relations important to encourage returning business
when I collected my car I found that it had been damaged but I had to discover the damage, they didn't say anything! as precaution I had asked to check my car when I left it. after a month I am still waiting a call back for the compensation and after different calls nothing has happened yet!
The compound is well marked however they do share the compound with Arnold Clark car hire. Coaches are not marked low cost parking but have the sister companies logo on. I thought I was on the wrong bus on my way back when we stopped at a different car park area first. However, no problems as we headed straight to low cost parking area after dropping off passangers at the sister companies car parking area. Both minutes from the airport. This added an extra couple of minutes to the transfer time but nothing to worry about and I shall use them again. Good value for money!
Quick transfer to and from the terminal building and your car is sitting waiting for a speedy departure.
The car park is near the airport. It was much cheaper than othrs and I found the transfer quick and administration easy. Friendly staff and driver
As with most other parking companies I've used, the return pick-up arrangement is for me to use the courstesy phone in the airport terminal building but I genuinely don't know where this is located so I sent a text to the number provided. I didn't get any response to this so then telephoned the general enquiries number. Clear instructions on the courtesy phone location would be good
Easy to book online. Staff friendly and efficient on arrival and prompty transferred to airport which is very closeby. Had to wait on return to airport as minibus could not accommodate all passengers but car ready and waiting on arrival back at carpark.
I will definately use this service again absolutely no complaints what so ever. Very good price and very efficient transfers.
Overall, an adequate service which met the minimum requirements. The staff seemed to struggle a little with just operating the car park and the service as a result felt rushed, impersonal and distracted, albeit during a rather busy period. More focus on the customer wouldn't go a miss. The cheapest service available, but I guess you get what you pay for.
The only fault I could find was that there was only one bus on the night we arrived back which meant we had to wait 20 mins for the bus to return and according to the driver it was the busiest night of the week. Otherwise I could only recommend it.
Have used a lot of airport parking and this was by far the best and excellent value for money.Will use it again.
Transfer to and from airport very efficient. Bus drivers were friendly and passed time of day. Would definately use this service again.
On arrival we were checked in very promptly and loaded on to a mini bus within minutes. On arrival at the airport the driver was in such a hurry he just dragged our cases out and burst the feet off one of our cases. He didn,t even apologize and drove off. I telephoned the branch and was told to 'E' mail a complaint which I will do. On return we were picked up within minutes and overall was very satified
Only one complaint. On your confirmation form we were supposed to return to Stand 8 but in fact it is now Stand 11 as was confirmed by the returning driver. He said it had been changed 2or 3 months ago. Just a small but important point. Perhaps you should review your confirmation Email.
Extremely poor. I was charged once on line when I booked and again when I dropped my car off at Low Cost Parking at Edinburgh Airport. The attendant stated he could not make a refund. On my return to collect my car I again spoke to an attendant who became very aggressive and intimidating and completely unhelpfull and rude. I am still awaiting a refund. I would recommend that this company never be used by anyone.

- Follow signs to Edinburgh Airport on the A8 road.
- Take the main slip road down to the airport, and at the first roundabout take the first left.
- The car park is located on the left-hand side, next to NCP.
