Long Term Parking at Edinburgh Airport

        Worries about cheaper not always being better were unfounded. This was closer to the airport than the more expensive NCP park, the transfer bus (at both ends of the trip) came quickly and getting a ticket to exit the park (we had prepaid) was easy and took no more than a minute. Better signage on the park as to where to catch the bus might be helpful - I recall looking around for a minute or two to see where it was and where the exit was and being a little unsure whether we might be expected to walk to the terminal. (it really did look that close!) All in all, though, it was a good choice and we'll certainly use this park again if we fly from Edinburgh.

        that was the second time I used your and your servise was excellent I used to to GLASGOW for parking but got a few bad exsperiencies I would never hand my car keys over again to the operators of GLASGOW car parking (without going into any details) AS for EDINBURGH excellent keep up the good work.

        good value for money. Only had slight trouble when going to customer service too show booking ref with carpark ticket,found we accidently followed bus out to barrier next to CS, and waited and waited for the man to lift barrier. When going back to CS for second time relised we had to go out of different exit, not same as bus.

        My only problem was at the booking stage as the name of the car park operator had changed which caused some confusion. Once I was satisfied I had the right car park, the booking arrangements and the actual arrangements for parking and transfers worked like clockwork.

        Although I usred the comparison website I feel that it is expensive for five days parking.

        uopn retrun to Edinburgh airport on a delayed flight I tried to phone long stay from the terminal to arrange pick -up as per website instructed after 10.30. I spent half an hour doing this to receive no reply. Eventually decided I would have to get a taxi to long stay. Just about to do so when bus turned up. Upon trying to leave car park went to office and explained I had not rceieved a ticket upon entry. Man was very disbelieving. I also told him I had been trying to ring his office for the past half an hour to be informed there was no connection and it was unnecessary anyway as bus always running - no apology offered. Can't say it was a very pleasurable way to end my holiday

        The driver of the bus taking us to the airport was really friendly and helpful. Much appreciated at 5am in the morning.

        Online booking system works well and is easy to understand. Car park itself very full, which is good from a business perspective, but not so good for the customer as it can take some time to find a space.

        Easy to book online, good value, plenty of spaces available, nice and clean and light parking. Bus coach/transfer quick and plenty available. Staff at parking bay could be a little more friendly but were efficient.

        Buses operate to time which is main requirement. Arriving back very late in the evening there was a bus waiting. Staff dealling with pre-payment were, as always, very efficient and pleasant.
