Arrival Procedure
On arrival at Edinburgh Airport Long Term Parking, collect a ticket at the entry barrier and proceed to one of the designated car parking bays, if you take a note of the zone you park in, this can help with your departure on your return to the car park.
Departure Procedure
On departure from the Edinburgh Airport Long Stay car park, simply present your entry ticket and booking confirmation or booking reference number at the manned office located near the exit gate.
Transfer information
A free courtesy coach service operates between the Long Stay car park and the airport terminal building. Transfers run every 10 minutes and take just a few minutes. Transfers are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year. At off-peak times (11.00pm-5am) please press the help button on any payment machine or report to the customer services office at the car park. For transfers back to NCP car parking from the terminal, follow the signs for 'buses' at the terminal. Coaches back to the car park will be in front of the terminal at stand 20. Please use the courtesy phone in the domestic arrival hall between the hours of 10pm and 6am.

Everything was fine. My only complaint would be confusion over terminology - you get the impression that Long Stay and Long Term are possibly different places. Signposting could be clearer once you leave the main road. Otherwise service was very good.
Although some of the signposting could do with being clearer and improvements to the street lighting would make the car park easier to locate, the service has been a pleasure. No long waits and an easy-to-find transfer bus service, make for a quick entry/exit of the airport. What in my view could be improved, is the way of exiting of the car park, as at present you need to go to the manned office (near the actual exit) in order to have the pre-booked ticket validated to open the barrier. In short: I would not hesitate in recommending the service and am likely to use it again!
I like that you get to keep your car keys, and you do not have to get someone else to park your car. Pull up, park get bus. Easy. Would like more frequent buses, but even that service is very good.
on arrival parked car went to the bus stop the driver was very pleasant on departure and arrival back the journey isn't long and will use it again definately use the car park again.
Easy in and out, dont have to hand over keys which makes the process much quicker (and safer, experiance with other facilities have left my car unlocked for the duration of it's stay!!!). Transfers usually good, had to wait 10/15mins one time which is not ideal. Would highly reccomend.
Exactly what you want from an airport car park, slick booking facilities, competitively priced and on arrival and departure regular transfers and welcoming staff.

Have used NCP's car park several times and have never been disappointed.. The bus service to/from airport is very frequent and journey takes less than 5 minutes.. Staff at exit also very pleasant. Will definately use them again.
Ifound your car parking very satisfactory with no fuss after a flight straight to the car and homeward bound in no time at all, GREAT.thank you. only one slight problem at first arrivel in the dark morning from the moterway their where a number of ncp long term parking signs I found it a bit confusing,to find our proper car park maybe it was me as a first timer? otherwise everything was excellent.,
Easy straightforward parking - prompt transfer service - very reliable. I've used this carpark a number of times and have never had any problems.
Very quick transfers. Bus was waiting for us when we arrived at bus stop. No complaints.
we found it really easy to find, with lots of parking spaces. the buses were more frequent than stated so we didn't have long to wait and the same going home we just walked out the airport straight onto a bus. it couldn't have been easier. we had never parked our car at an airport before but definately will in future.
We had to arrive at the park early due to Delta changing the time of our flight but the member of staff on hand could not have been more helpful. He explained that were any extra charges incurred we would just pay when we retreived our car. As it happens we did not have anything extra to pay. We were picked up within 5 mins of arriving at the park at 3am and we had no longer to wait when we arrived back. All in all a great experience and we will definately use this park again.
Excellent service provided just parked the car jumped on the bus and dropped right at the terminal door. When we got back straight on the bus again off at the car park in the car and away. A great service by polite, friendly staff would highly recommend to others and will certainly use when going away again.
I didn't realise I'd parked in the wrong NCP car park until my return. The signs were very misleading but the bus drivers and the office staff were very helpful and thankfully it did not take too long to sort out and get my car back without any extra cost.
I always use the NCP long stay parking whether I am travelling on holiday or on business and I find the service first class. Buses are always on time and you get dropped off at the terminal door, it does not get any easier.
Found parking artea easily & also parking car & finding it again on my return
We found a parking place easily. Parked walked to shelter and a bus arrived within 10 minutes. Dropped off outside departure entrance, journey took less than 5 minutes. On arriving back at Edinburgh a bus was outside waiting straight back to car park. Both Bus drivers were polite. Had our ticket stamped and on our way. Having usually left my car and keys at another park I will not be doing so again. Much prefer this system of parking. A little more expensive but much quicker and I retain my keys.
Felt at ease leaving car and this helped alleviate the stress of the other concerns of flying and holiday. Good to come back to own space (car) so easily and go simply straight home.
entry/exit to and from the car park was very quick. However, my reference number was not recognised by your computer system which was a concern.
