The ticket bought on line didn't work to get out of the car park, had to press to speak to the person.They did answer quickly and sorted it out, but a bit annoying it didn't work right away. The bus was quick to get to the airport and was there shortly after we got off the plane.

Does what it says on the tin. No nonsense. Definitely would use your website again.

The directions on my confirmation form were easy to follow and it was great to simply have no queue to pay nor have to fish around for the meny after a long flight. Definitely will book this way again.

Easy to use online. FRiendly service onsite. Great complimentary bus service, running regularly between terminal and parking. Bus driver helped with luggage. Clean bus.Secure car park.

Instructions provided with the booking were pretty good as Edinburgh airport can be a bit of a nightmare of roundabouts and traffic lights if you're not familiar with it! Car Park is a short bus ride from the terminal with frequent buses. Good, convenient service at a reasonable price.

This is an excellent service and one I will use again. The convenience of the location to the airport is superb!

After a long,hot,tiring flight...it was not a happy making thing to see "the barrier'ask me for £72.+ especially when I paid in full on "the net". The rather tired of this senario car park gent told many of us that we should have read our documentation properly, as, it would have told us that to validate our tickets for exit we would have to go to the Kiosk. I feel that this would be better in big red letters then we all would see it and take note. After all by this time we are all tired,weary travellers and a bit on the stupid side. Thank-you.

Really can't pick any faults at all. The bus is regular and all of the parking spaces are clearly set into zones. Its very secure and the price paid compared to others was excellent considering the distance to the Airport and the safety and security of the barriers and cameras. Would definitely use again.
