I will certainly use this park again. Found the staff very helpful when I called them to say I would be late in returning. On my return the staff could not have been more helpful with the instructions regarding the extra payment I had to make. It is a very simple and easy CP. The bus service is first class and driver very polite.

I always use this parking service when at Edinburgh. I used a competitor once or twice earlier on, but they do not compare in security, situation and convenience. Highly recommended.

This is an extremely easy car park and the frequency of the buses is excellent. It makes getting to and from the airport very easy and hassle free

The ticket bought on line didn't work to get out of the car park, had to press to speak to the person.They did answer quickly and sorted it out, but a bit annoying it didn't work right away. The bus was quick to get to the airport and was there shortly after we got off the plane.

The directions on my confirmation form were easy to follow and it was great to simply have no queue to pay nor have to fish around for the meny after a long flight. Definitely will book this way again.

Instructions provided with the booking were pretty good as Edinburgh airport can be a bit of a nightmare of roundabouts and traffic lights if you're not familiar with it! Car Park is a short bus ride from the terminal with frequent buses. Good, convenient service at a reasonable price.

After a long,hot,tiring flight...it was not a happy making thing to see "the barrier'ask me for £72.+ especially when I paid in full on "the net". The rather tired of this senario car park gent told many of us that we should have read our documentation properly, as, it would have told us that to validate our tickets for exit we would have to go to the Kiosk. I feel that this would be better in big red letters then we all would see it and take note. After all by this time we are all tired,weary travellers and a bit on the stupid side. Thank-you.

Really can't pick any faults at all. The bus is regular and all of the parking spaces are clearly set into zones. Its very secure and the price paid compared to others was excellent considering the distance to the Airport and the safety and security of the barriers and cameras. Would definitely use again.

It was a bit confusing leaving, as I had to go into the office, but wasn't advised until I got back.

Car park was flooded, the man who was validating passes was a good guy.

On arrival on a Saturday afternoon it took me 25 minutes to find a parking space. There were no staff in evidence or signs to direct arrivals to available places. Lanes are not numbered. Shuttle buses are frequent and it is a short trip to the terminal.

I used the facilities on my recent trip to/from Lanzarote. I found the whole experience very straightforward even with a very early morning arrival time 04.20am I would have no hesitation to use this service again in the future.
