Departure Procedure
Call the Edinburgh Park & Fly number given to you at check-in to arrange a free return transfer. Your car will be returned to reception, ready to drive away.

Transfers operate 24 hours a day, by request, and take approximately 10 minutes.

Disabled Facilities

Park and Fly will transfer customers to the airport and back in their own vehicle at a cost of £7.50 each way. 10 disabled spaces are available at the car park. Alternately, a Meet and Greet service in customers cars is available.

Park and Fly provide comprehensive insurance cover against vehicle damage as a result of negligence while your car is in their care, except for loose items and mechanical or electrical failure.

The site was not signposted with directions and found it difficult to locate, so unless you have sat-nav give yourselves some extra time to find the place.
as per norm with most companies, the transfers could have been more frequent. However, these were no longer than some others I have used.
Situated close to the airport and easy to find and use coming from Glasgow. Would use again
The drive back from the airport was horrendous. Driving was far too fast with a driver who seemed to think he was in a formula 1 race. It was very uncomfortable and dangerous. The speed was inappropriate and totally unnecessary.
The process itself: check-in/out etc. was fast. It is a little further out than expected, so allow for 15 minutes to get to the airport once you have dropped off the car. Follow the directions on the website quite literally, any deviation and you will not find it: maybe the company could put up a sign on the main road where you turn into the industrial estate. But I really cannot fault the service.
3rd time I have used this car park. Its the cheapest car park, easy to find, transfers took 5 mins, and pick up and return straight forward. So as it was the cheapest car park, it really is value for money. Not on-site parking, but transfers took 5 mins so made no difference to being on-site. All in all, no complaints, and I will use them again and again.
I find driver is never at the Airport when we arrive but soon enough comes when you phone. It is certainly a good value for money deal. K Jenkinson
1. The travel directions were written by someone who knew the area. I missed the turn off two times and then found it difficult to find the car park once I was nearby. I had seen both the Forth Road Bridge and the roundabout just outside Edinburgh before I reached the road where the carpark was. Therfore I was exhausted and frantic by the time I arrived. 2. A toilet for public use would have been helpful.
Fifth time we've used Edinburgh Park & Fly, a good, inexpensive efficient service. Slight delay in pick up from the airport - but our return flight was 1 hour late!
By doing most of my application on-line, it was a simple matter of turning up with my car, parking it beside the office, handing in my keys. Bus was then ready and waiting to take me to the airport, which took minutes! Upon return, made my way out of airport to the return area just out side the Terminal Building, bus was there within minutes to take me back to my car. So simple, a child could do it....
The parking was easy to find and the transfers were almost instant, I did not have to wait at either end of the transfer, and after a long flight my vehicle was waiting for me. Excellent service
This place is easy to find and you are not kept waiting either to go to or to come back from the airport
One of the seatbelts was broken with loose wires showing. Staff weren't friendly or unfriendly. Had to wait for transfer from the car park.
the directions given were easy to follow, there was no problem on arrival transfer to airport was fast, on arrival back the bus was waiting very ouick transfer, the car was ready for us to just drive off. very fast and efficient service highly recomended.
Good price, quick transfer and they even inflated our flat tyre for us when we got back. Would reccomend this service and will be using it again in the future.
Good directions, easy to find, near to airport with transfer instant and pick up(at 1.00a.m.) quick after phone call. Staff were helpful with luggage and friendly. Car ready at exit to drive away and in cool of early morning,engine running to warm car was welcome (though heater a bit high at 26 degrees)! But very likely to use this car park when next flying from Edinburgh.

I was transferred to the airport immediately on my arrival at the car park and when I returned the coach arrived 2 mins later at the bus stance to collect me and my luggage - all stress free an excellent service
Fair service for money paid. Punctual transfers to airport. Have parked here a number of times now and never had any problems.
We had no waiting time at all. The bus was ready and waiting to take us to and from the airport. We were also assisted with our baggage. Good service.
Directions to Park And Fly Edinburgh

From Glasgow:
- Follow airport signs onto the M8/M9 roundabout at Newbridge.
- Take the first left, past McDonald's (B7030).
- Take the first left again after the petrol station, then the first right at Yes Car Credit.
- The Edinburgh Park and Fly car park is approximately 100 yards ahead.
From Forth Bridge/Stirling:
- Take the A8000 to M8/M9 roundabout at Newbridge.
- Take the third exit, next to McDonald's (B7030).
- Take the first left at the petrol station, then the first right.
- The car park is approximately 100 yards ahead.
From Edinburgh:
- Leave Edinburgh on the A8 and pass the airport on your right.
- Continue to Newbridge Roundabout.
- At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit (B7030) and turn immediately left after the petrol station.
- Take the first right and the car park is approximately 100 yards ahead.
