Some of your staff are so pleasant and helpful, always a Hello or Good morning, sometimes help with bags on and off, ( in particular a delightful older gentleman with glasses) but recent experience of a younger man was very dour. It can make all the difference to arrive back or to depart to a cheery greeting and in the past your staff have always been that way, long may it continue.

Not the cheapest, but certainly the most effective transfer to and from the airport.

Number plate recognition on arrival alleviates need for paperework. Seven bus stops in the carpark is so sensible, resulting in never being any real distance from car on departure or arrival and thus allowing for the inconsistent weather which we experience in Scotland

My number plate was not recognised on entry but an attendant dealt with it straight away. It is nice to know your car is where you left it and not moved around as in other parks. Will definitely use this park next time.

My car number plate was recognised as we approached the barrier and we just had to confirm our return details were correct on the touch screen. The buses were punctual both to and from the airport. On leaving the car park my registration was once again recognised and the barrier was raised for us to leave. Very easy parking which I will definitely use again!!!!!

I have used Secure Airparks before and yet again the experience was worth the extra cost it this time cost me. Parking was very straight forward, no problems and the transfer to and fro the airport with a very pleasant bus driver worked like clock-work.

Excellent site very close to airport. Quick and efficient service, pleasant driver. Registration number identification on entry to parking quick and efficient, too.

Easy to find Secure Airparks and number plate recognition a big bonus for entry and exit! Would recommend.

Whole process extremely easy and quick.We were most impressed by the bus driver on our arrival, he was extremely helpful to the point of assisting my wife and I with our cases and ensuring we knew what to do on our return. We will definitely use the services of this Airpark again.

Driver was very approachable, helpful and offered assistance with luggage. The car parking and use of the bus could not have been more straight forward.

I used this service for the first time in march 2012 and would definitely recommend it. The transfers were quick and easy and the bus was waiting for us when we returned. No problems whatsoever.

I was a bit dissapointed on the return journey from the airport to the car park, as the bus drove right past the car park and dropped passengers at a hotel, before returning to drop me and other passengers in car park.

Impressed with registration plate recognition and speedy entry. Short wait for bus at both ends of holiday. Would definitely use again.

Easy to book, easy to find, Secure Airparks allowed us to get a later flight and still be back home at a decent hour. Highly recommended, I will certainly be using them again.

Getting to the car park was easy - a link reminder was sent by e-mail with directions - and the car recognition at the barrier was amazing. So easy to use and we didn't have to wait anytime at all for a coach to take us the short journey to the airport. On return it was equally as trouble free and simple. Altogether and fantastic service - thank you!

Transfer took more than 1 minute, but was still quite fast. The bus took slightly too long to arrive, though (partially because it goes all around the car park before it actually heads to the airport).

With shelter from the weather,Vehicle recognition and a bus every five minutes or so, experience was positive.
