Arrival Procedure
Drive up to the barrier and the Automatic Number Plate Recognition system will read your registration plate and automatically issue a ticket. Remove the ticket and the barrier will rise. Keep your ticket safe, as you will need it to exit the car park upon your return. If the barrier fails to rise, use the intercom on the entry barrier and quote your surname and booking reference.
Departure Procedure
Drive to the exit barrier and insert the ticket issued to you upon entry. If you were not issued a ticket upon entering, press the intercom button for assistance.

The Multi-Storey Car park operates an ANPR system, which requires your registration number to enter the car park. Ensure your registration number is entered correctly when making your booking. Warning: Notwithstanding any pre-booking made, any vehicle parking in an incorrect car park will be charged at the full rate applicable. By making this booking you agree that on exiting the car park you will pay any additional charges (whether incurred as a consequence of parking in the wrong car park or by parking beyond the prepaid period). Customers failing to follow correct procedure at the airport as detailed on their confirmation will incur a £5 administration charge.

Dont use Liverpool airport parking especially if unforseen circumstances cause you to cancel,pay plenty get nothing!.
As stated before you need to sort out the use of the credit card at the entrance and exit barrier
Instructions state to use booking credit card on entry and exit. This did not work and had to take ticket to the desk for authorisation which was not in line with booking instructions
Followed instructions and needed assistance which was unhelpful.Once in I found a well positioned disabled space but could have done without the walking around before finding a really helpful member of staff who explained the actual system you operate.
The multi storey car park at Terminal 1, Manchester, is ideally situated for the terminal check in desk and very suitable for weekend parking.
Travelling with 3 children under 5, the car park facilities were fantastic. I booked parking 2 days before we travelled, but things could not have been smoother. Being able to walk directly to the terminal made the whole thing effortless and I would definately use this car park again.
Directions to Multi Storey Car Park
We recommend using the directions provided and an up-to-date map to locate the car park. Please be aware that satellite navigation systems vary and are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park.
From the North/Northeast:
- Take the M6 southbound to Junction 21a.
- Take the M62 westbound.
- At Junction 6 take the A5300 to the A561, then follow signs to Liverpool Airport, situated off Speke Hall Avenue.
From the Southeast:
- Take the M6 north to Junction 20.
- Take the M56 to Junction 12, then onto the A557/A562, merging with the A561.
- Follow signs to the airport, which is just off Speke Hall Avenue.
Once at the airport, follow signs for "Short Stay and Pick Up".
