Arrival Procedure

We use Skypark at least twice a year at very busy times. Can't fault the service.
All the staff were very friendly, and we were picked up in the minibus on landing within 5 minutes of telephoning them
Easy to find, straight to reception with transfer bus waiting. On return bus took 2 minutes. We are both 73 and would have appreciated a little more assistance with the luggage and golf clubs. Would sue it again.
Little difficult to find, customers need to look for SkyPark not one of the businesses like APH. Service efficient, transfers very good, so close to airport waiting time is minimal. Decided to use even though we live relatively close we needed room for 4 adults and luggage so taxi would actually have cost more.
This is my first time at Liverpool and the service was very professional and the staff curtious.I will most definately use Sky Park again and recommend to my family and friends also anybody who wishes to park at John Lennon airport.Sky Park is one of the best I have used. Thank you very much
Very close to the airport, very efficient service, minimal wait at both ends. Signage needs improving.
Staff very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Immediate transfer to the airport, and less than 5 minutes' wait to be picked up on my return. Excellent value for money, and would not hesitate to use Sky Park again, and to recommend this car park to all my friends and family.
Convienient parking friendly staff and punctual pick up and drop off. Car was waiting on return. Fast efficient service.
One suggestion would be for clearer marking of the actual location of the park (for first-time users, as we were)e.g. at the entrance gate, and also on the transit transport which comes to collect returning passengers. Otherwise very good.
Vehicles are not kept at the site where you drop them off. They are driven to various sites a few miles away from the airport.
I have used Sky Park quite a few times now and have always had good friendly service. Leaving the vehicle is very easy and efficient the transfer is quick and comfortable, likewise the return transfer and vehicle pick-up. I will certainly continue to use Sky Park when I need this sort of service
Friendly staff and prompt service . The only point to note , it was not easy to fine . Clearer and bigger sign will help
when you return from a lovely holiday in the sun the last thing you want is to be held up waiting in the cold for pick ups. We have used this type of parking before at other airports but this has been the least amount of time we have had to wait. we were very pleased with this service.
Staff were very friendly & the car was very well looked after. Transfer to the airport was great, but had to wait about 20 minutes in the rain for the return, after phoning the office several times to find out where the driver was!

What can I say...... I have only experienced the Liverpool Skypark but the staff were courteous, the wait for the return pick up was not long. I think we will use Sky park at Liverpool again and again.
Easy to find and much better value for money than parking on site. It was actually quicker to get to the terminal using Sky Park. The staff put the bags on the bus on off we went. Very smooth service.
We were whisked to the terminal within a few minutes of arriving at Sky Park, and the driver helped us with our bags. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others, and use this company in the future.
On arrival the reception staff were very friendly, and processed my booking in with the minimum delay. The bus was waiting by the time I had booked in, and within minutes of arriving we were on our way to the departure terminal. On our return which was about 8.00pm, I rang the number given to me when I left the car, and was once again greeted by a friendly voice telling me to wait at the place we had been dropped off on the outward journey, and we would be picked up in five minutes, and a brief description of the vehicle to look for. The car was waiting at reception when we arrived, and I estimate that it can't have been much more than 25 minutes from collecting our bags, to being on the way home. I was very happy with the service, and at a little over £40 for ten days parking I feel it was well worth the cost. I will definitely make use of their services again, and am happy to recommend them to anyone wishing to travel to the airport by car.
Very good service. We arrived at the car park and within ten mins were at the airport. When we returned there was a transfer already waiting for us and we were on the road within 15mins. Would reccomend to anyone thinking of using airport parking.
Directions to Skypark Liverpool
We recommend using the directions provided and an up-to-date map to locate the car park. Please be aware that satellite navigation systems vary and are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park.
From the North and Northeast:
- Follow the M6 Southbound to Junction 21A and join the M62 Westbound to Junction 6.
- Turn onto the A5300 towards A561.
- Follow signs for Liverpool John Lennon Airport, which is on Speke Hall Avenue.
- Liverpool Skypark is on the right as you approach the airport.
From the South and East:
- Follow the M6 Northbound and join the M56 at Junction 20.
- Follow the M56 to Junction 12, turning onto the A557/A562.
- Follow the dual carriage way via Runcorn Bridge, which merges with the A561.
- Follow signs for Liverpool John Lennon Airport, and Skypark is on the right as you approach.
From the Wirral and North Wales:
- At peak periods, it may be quicker to use the M53/M56 as above rather than go through the city centre. From North Wales, join the A55 to connect with the M56 Eastbound, then follow "From the South and East" directions above.
