did not recognise no plate on entry forced to take ticket all spaces full except for furthest point. on return asked for £82.50 to raise barrier pressed help button needed reference no. to get out

The automatic number plate recognition recorded the letter B on my number plate as an 8 causing me problems.

Helpful staff, when we misplaced the parking ticket on our return from holiday, we only needed to press the assistance button at the barrier and with our reference number, we were allowed through

Getting out of this car park is the most difficult thing. They claim they have auto car Reg ID but having used them 5 times so far this year it has worked only once. Make sure you take with you & keep easy to hand your confirmation booking & Ref No as you will need it.

Very good value. No problems on entering, car park felt secure and only 10 minutes from terminal. However on returning our ticket was not recognised by the machine. but once we'd pressed the 'assistance'button the attendant was most helpful. We were only required to inform him of our booking reference then we were able to proceed. We were not the only ones who had difficulties!! However, we would use this service again!

Very good car park, no hassle at all. Simply park your car and off you go. When returning you don't have to see anyone - enter your car and drive away. Fantastic stuff. Recommended!!!

when inserting the ticket, the barriers did not open, rang for assistance the voice on the other end asked me for my reference number in a abrupt manner. I could not find my ref number, he said I needed it, was not helpful in any way a really bad experience.

straight forwaed directions, need better access for mobility scooters. Should have luggage trolleys handy at carpark

This is an excellent method oif arranging Airport Parking with close to Airport facility and easy access pre-bookable facility. We always use this site every time we fly from Liverpool and never have any issues. Would recommend to anyone.

The system is very simple to use but make sure you take a copy of your receipt as this is the second time my ticket has not been recognised on exit. It only means you have to take your ticket to the nearby office and get it validated.Literally one minute. The only problem you may have is if there is a queue behind you at the barrier and you have to reverse out.

I would definitely use this service again and would highly recommend to friends and family. On arrival at Liverpool airport the parking site was easy to find and the car registration was read at the barrier and then we just parked. On returning, tired and weary, we loaded the car and, once again, no problems at the barrier and we were on our way home in a matter of minutes of arrival. Excellent service, thank you.

it was difficult to find a parking place as they were mostly occupied. the number plate recognition was very good but with regards to staff we did not see any staff there when we parked

Looking at the cost of this car park which is on the airport very close to the terminal building and those that are off site the difference in cost was minimal. Although the number plate recognition did not work we pressed the talk button on the exit station and was then asked for our confirmation number for our booking, no fuss the barrier was opened and we were let out. Will be using both car park and airport again

The directions to the car park were spot on; after gaining access to the secure parking I was able to walk to the terminal building within the estimated time. On return to the car i was able to get away quickly using having prepaid the parking fee online; I will definately use the service again as it takes the headache out of parking. Thanks.

It is the 1st time we have flown from Liverpool, we always fly from Manchester, we found the carpark @ Liverpool very convinent and great to use, and a nice change to walk across the road 5 mins from the terminal, would recommend and will definatly use again if flying from Liverpool thank you.

Very easy to find and within walking distance to terminal. By pre-paying the machine recognised our car reg and we were straight in and the same on the way out we just put ticket into barrier machine and no delays. Excellent service.

Great description of distance from the car park to airport - cheaper than a taxi.

Very convenient right next to airport therefore transfers not required and the cheapest I could find on internet.

Although my car was not recognised automaticlly when I arrived I just took my ticket to the kiosk, which was easy to find, on my return and it was validated without any fuss. I will definitely use this company again. It was excellent value for money.
