I couldn't find the office initially,but I am a bit dozy. However, the staff could not have been more helpful especially when I could not get on my flight as my son's passport had expired and I needed my car back again! The service was very efficient, without stress and easy. I would definately reccomend it to other travellers and use you again. Thank you.

Your procedures as described to me in your information sheet bear no relation to the actual experience. I was told "Please report to car park reception" and "full details of return procedure will be given on arrival". What reception ? Got to unmanned barrier - entry by ticket only - rang your 0870 number (just as well I had a mobile with me) and was told to take ticket from machine to enter, as I would not be charged on exit if I presented copy of my booking to staff when I left. It was raining and I asked if there were any courtesy coaches running as had not seen any, and was told there were none ! This despite your write up claiming that coaches ran 24 hours on demand. On my return, obviously had not paid ticket in airport as already paid, arrived at barrier expecting to present my booking confirmation to an attendant - no-one to be seen. Had to park up and ring your helpline again, to be told that I had to go to barrier and press intercom to speak to someone and get the barrier raised. This is all a very simple procedure IF your clients are made aware of it. Why was I given completely the wrong information as to how your system works, and why claim there are coach transfers when there are not ? It was overall a totally diferent experience to that run at Manchester Airport which I use more often, and at least now, if I use your facility again, I will know how the system works.

I have used Sky Park previously and I will use them again next month. Good value, secure and a quick transfer to the airport. It is a pity Liverpool Airport cannot organise a better drop off/pickup system giving preference to all airport parking transfers.

Before I left the car in their possession I deliberetly set the tpipometer to zero. On arrival back to the compound I noticed that the car had travelled 4 miles. I did not raise the matter with them at the time, but I wish that I had.The radio station had also been changed. I am really annoyed by this and I would like an explanation. Why has my car been unlawfully used.

When we arrived at the facility at 0400 the whole place was in darkness and there was no indication of what we should do. After about 10 minutes the one staff member on duty arrived with the minibus. After that everything was very efficient but our initial impression was poor.

We just had a bit of a problem finding the site, only a slight problem, but when we arrived at the office there was no problem. Everything was done efficiently and we were in the airport in no time. Very good.

It was so easy to book online, was able to book it the night before we were flying. It was very convenient to the airport and there was no waiting for transfers; will use them again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and car park was very close to terminal, but on return to car park in the evening found the area where our car was parked to be poorly lit. All in all though would use Liverpool Sky Park again.

On departure there was some minor confusion on booking details, but the guys at skypark brushed this aside and said they would sort it out whilst we were away. 1 minute later we were stood outside the terminal. On arrival, after we contacted them they were outside the terminal in 2 mins. A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY that deserves to be where it is. My colleagues and myself thoroughly reccomend SKYPARK.

It was not easy to find the parking area because the company is not allowed to put up their name board beside the main road (which seems very daft!) I wish the staff would not use the car radio in the car while we were away (or at least they could reset the stations). Otherwise, good service and value for money.

the older driver who took us to the airport was very helpfull, and pointed out where we should meet on our return. But on return we had to look around late at night, and found that a younger driver had parked some 100 yds away, he was not helpfull in anyway, even with another couple who were in their 80s, one disabled, he just stood back and looked while they struggled, other customers helped them with their luggage from the bus to their car.. here a kick in a sore place would be in order

I found out about you whilst surfing the net. It was very easy to book on-line(even for a nerd like me). Everything was very easy, turn up,park your car,hand your keys over, get on the bus worries over. We did not have to wait long for being picked on our return either.All in all a good experience and one we will be useing again.

Overall a great way to park for Liverpool airport. Right on the doorstep of the place and easy to find. Minibuses used for the transfer have seen better days but the staff were courteous and helpful and the transfers quick and easy. Would definitely use this service again.

Had to wait for about 15 minutes for initial transfer to airport, due to drivers having to move incoming passengers cars. I had been led to believe that all the parking was covered, but many cars were just parked on the industrial estate roads, and not in a secured compound. Arriving back around midnight the only place to wait for the shuttle minibus was in an open area. Not good as it was raining, and there were more arriving passengers than the bus could carry in one trip. Some people were faced with queueing for 20 minutes before getting picked up, and got rather wet.

Service was excellent. I had given my keys in and on my way to the airport within 5 minutes of arriving! On return I was picked up straight away and my keys and car ready for when I stepped off the mini bus. I will definitely use you again and recommend you to others. Thanks you

Nothing wrong with the parking but getting to the parking compound was very slow as snow was very deep at 5.00am and infact the plane did not take off, we had to abort our holiday. Get Knowsley to get their act together and ensure that access to the airport is kept open and traffic moving.

I rang for the shuttle bus as we collected our baggage off the carousel. He was at the exit before we were!

Although I left my reference number at home, after much persuasion and considerable time later I was able to leave the car. When I collected the car I notice my car radio had been used and had to take it to the dealers to readjust (was simple but annoying). Also I noticed they used my car for 5 to 6 miles (a few transfers to airport?)

There was a big sign at the entrance but it would help if it was on top of the entrance, (overhead)which would be more visible from the other side of the road. Probably it was me (as it was early hrs of the morning) but I did knock at the first car park & Sky Park was next door to this one. Found the price for 4 days a bit high, compared to car parks at Manchester Airport. Staff was polite & friendly & no issues with transfers, which were very quick, did not have to wait. Will use your car park again & have informed others at work of the good service.
