The car park is easy to find and the staff are more than helpful. A good speedy transfer with a good service. I have used this facility a few times and will continue to do so.

The only slight complaint was that the driver of the bus that came to colect us from the airport had obviously been smoking because the bus smelt strongly of cigarette smoke.

We found it a very professional service and would recommend it to others.

The park was well signposted and hence easy to find. On arrivasl the staff were friendly and helpful. When we returned I was a little miffed that I had to walk the length of the airport to find the phone at the inland arrivals gate - we came in from Norway! Then I realised we were lucky it wasn't raining while we waited for the bus to arrive. Having got onto the bus the driver drove it at too high a speed for passenger comfort - quite an alarming experience in fact. The car was waiting for us in the car park and once more the staff were friendly.

Airparks is a stress-free way to fly, with no delays when either dropping off or picking up the car. They take good care of it, are helpful and efficient and even wash it!

You feel safe with this outfit right from arriving. Your details are immediately to hand, the parking is secure, and THIER flight timetables show when they will expect you back. We also got two very cheery blokes who picked us up from the airport - in driving rain. A real pity that the pick-up point at Newcastle can't be nearer to the terminal.

Friendly and efficent good secure car park prompt shuttle service would recomend to family and friends.
