The staff were surly anf ignorant. They had a huge dog blocking reception. My car cam back filthy and the air con had been put on full and it had been driven. The security was noon edxistent and the cars were parked so badly I had to check my car over for damage on my return. Absolutly shocking

Have used this car park often in the past as I find it reasonably priced ,easy to get to and good shuttle service to and from the Airport.

cheap and excellent. we were dropped off within 10 minutes. were picked backed up from airport within 5minutes from phoning the office to pick us up. excellent experience and would use and reccomend again

arrived early but was no problem and bus waiting to take us to airport which only took a couple of minutes. Called for bus to take us back and again only had couple of minutes wait and car was ready for us when we arrived back. Will certainly use this car park again if we ever leave from newcastle airport.

Arrived at the car park and I was directed to reception to register my car and when I returned outside the transfer bus was waiting to take me to the airport. From arrival at the carpark to getting to the airport terminal it took app, twenty minutes.Very pleased with the service and I would definately use Callerton Parking again.

the parking facility does not look much and could do with being updated, but the service is second to none.

for the price it is good would use again even though i got my car back damaged minus door trim waiting for matter to be resolved heard nothing back to date but allowing for it been a bank holiday week end i hope to hear from them by the week end to answer my emails even though it was logged on site before i left the car park and left my full details . they did ACCEPT reponcibility

we dropped the car off & were immediately taken to the airport. On the way home we were collected & taken back to the parking. Our car was ready at the gate to load our luggage. No problems at all. Would definately use again. thank you

Callerton Parking was excellent value for money with good customer service. Easily the best value parking for Newcastle Airport.

I arrived at the Callerton parking at 3am - 3 hours earlier than expected - and registraton was easy and I was taken to the airport straight away. Although the car is moved after I left it, and returned on pick up, there was only a couple of miles on the clock. Pick up was easy despite the return flight being an hour late.

Callerton is an easy way to park & fly. I have used them several times and will use them again but the miserable manner of the driver I have encounted is as consistant as the ease of the service.
