I arrived earlier than I booked - not a problem and as they where going to meet another flight we transferred to the airport straight away. When booking (on the internet) I put in the wrong times - arrival at Callerton,I change the booking on the internet slightly extending the overall time - this was accepted with no extra charges.

If in doubt, just do it. Never had a bad experience, and used them for all my tranfers.

will defiantly use again! Prompt service.friendly staff. Ni wait time for transfer to and from airport. Always a plus after a long flight. Will be recommending to all family and friends. Offers a better service than any of the larger companies. Do not go past,when looking to book airport parking!!!

The check-in was quick and we had no wait for the minibus to transfer us. On our return to a very frosty Newcastle the minibus responded asap and - the best bit - the car engine was running, the windscreen was clear and the car was warm, yay!

For a little over half of what the airport car park would have cost this was a completely hassle-free experience. No need to worry about losing your keys while away too! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

after only paying £15 we didn't expect much, but we got prompt service both ways and after arriving back the car engine was warmed up and the car had been washed!!!!! absolutely fantastic will defo return.

I was a bit concerned by the initial appearance of the reception area. I thought I had driven into a farmyard by mistake. Could do with better appearance and sign-posting. I couldn't find the telephone in the Newcastle Airport building to announce my arrival as it as it is not well-identified. I did find one phone but didn't seem to work. I had to use my mobile.

Great value,when you book you get all the info you need...directions etc.Only a couple of minutes from the airport,they drop you right outside (and pick up from the same place)You just call when you are ready for them.Nice people...even had my car warmed up ready for me on a cold november night.

I've used Callerton 3 times now and always found the staff very courteous and helpful. I only have one negative comment which is that on the last occasion my car exterior was quite dirty on the drivers side (muddy splashes) and also my car mat (drivers side)had muddy footmarks. I put this down however to the terrible weather that Newcastle had whilst I was away.

Staff very helpful and accomodating. Everything very punctual, and generally good value for money. Outside lighting was a little poor, but I would not consider that as a major letdown. Will consider to use this parking facility again.

Good overall service, just wasnt impressed when i returned back to my car to find mud, and muddy footprints inside my car. But that aside would use again

Luggage moved instantly on arrival, 2 minutes to book car in then took straight to airport by friendly driver. On return minibus there within 2 minutes of calling them and my car handily parked to jump straight into. Highly recommend this carpark.

Excellent efficient freindly service. Most helpful especially with the luggage and walking frame.

Was very impressed by how easy Callerton were to use and really good value for money. When we arrived back from our holiday we were picked up straight away,really friendly driver, car was parked ready for us to put the cases in and drive straight off. Brilliant! Thanks for looking after us.

We were taken to airport immediatly on arrival at car park. Drop off place is convenient for airport. Bus was waiting for us when we got to pick up point.

Excellent value for money only about a mile from the airport. The minibus used for the transfer was a bit ramshackle but who cares? - you're only on it 5 minutes if that!! Handed car keys over and was taken to the airport immediately and on the way back we phoned the given number and they were there to pick us up within 5 minutes. Way cheaper than on-airport parking and I would reccommend to anyone

Easy to find, have used it before.Transfer both ways was quick,staff wer efficient and helpfull will use it again

At busy times you will have to wait to be transferred to and from the airport as the bus only has seating for 8 people. On our return to Newcastle airport, my family had to be split up and left at the airport as there were several other people waiting, to which the driver asked if I was going to go back and pick up my son and husband or was he to return! I informed him this is the service we had paid for.
