The return trip to collect the car was complicated by utter chaos at Newcastle Airport caused by slow / non functioning exit gates at the airport. This caused a major backlog of traffic trying to exit, including the Callerton pick up vehicle and resulted in some short tempers as no was was able to leave as expected. (In the confusion of people and baggage, one elderly lady tripped and was slightly injured.) None of this was Callerton's fault but a management review of Newcastle Airport parking arrangements is badly needed!

We would not use this parking service again, our car was damaged and filthy on our return.

Friendly. Efficient. Cheaper and quieter than air parks accross the road. Every time I've used air parks etc (at various airports) the staff have been disinterested or rude. I've often had to wait a while for transfers. The people at callerton were genuine and friendly. They sent a transfer van for us (and only us) the instant we called to say we'd landed. They are only a couple of minutes from the airport. They'd brought my car to reception for me. The transfer vehicle was a bit tired but your only in it for literally minutes so why pay more. They gave me the best price I could find and I really couldnt fault them!

This is the 4th time we have used Callerton and it won't be the last. We were 3 hrs late having had our flight cancelled to Newcastle and being flown to Glasgow. Callerton were very helpful and did not charge for the extra time we were with them. Sadly, service like this is becoming harder to find in Britain these days. Well done Callerton.

This was the first time I had used Callerton Parking and I would have no hesitation in recommending them and will definitely use them again. The staff were efficient and the transfer was quick and well organised. The whole process was hassle-free, which is just what you need when you are apprehensive about getting to the airport on time!

Transfer to airport and customer service A1. Return service diabolical. Landed at 11 pm on time and we were the first passengers to arrive at the pick-up stop but incessant efforts to ring gained no response -- line always engaged. In pouring rain and cold winds we tried for 45 mins and in the end were lucky to find a taxi to take us to Callerton. The attendant said he had been waiting for us to call, but when I showed him how futile it was he went into the cabin and came out with his hand set ringing which obviously had not been properly stationed. Not good enough having to pay £10 for a taxi!!!!

Parked up and dropped off at the terminal in 15 minutes. Picked back up and in own vehicle within 10 minutes excellent.

We dropped off the car and were driven to the terminal. On our return, the car was ready for us to drive away. The staff were friendly and efficient and the fee was reasonable. It's hard to see how this service could have been better.

Effortless! You could not get a more personal service if you tried. From entering the compound to being dropped off at the airport literally took 5 minutes. Prompt pick up on return and car waiting ready to go at the depot. Fantastic service.

I have no complaints whatsoever, we turned up, dropped off the car and were on the way to the airport in less than 3 minutes, we were given a number to call when arriving back at Newcastle, called the number and were picked up within three minutes, given the keys on the way to the parking area, the car was ready and waiting for us when we arrived at Callerton, I don't know if the car was washed when it was at the park but it looked cleaner than when we dropped it off. If I had to mention one aspect that would make an almost perfect service perfect, it would be the vehicles used to transport customers to the airport and back, the transit pick-ups need upgrading, not a complaint, more an observation.

easy booking in, and a good drop off service to the airport and quick pick up on return and taken back to my car, very good I would use Callerton Parking again.

Value for money and because of the organization it made the start of our holiday and the end unstressful would highly recommend.

Used many times, the reception and drivers are very friendly, the prices are extremely competative.

We used this service for the first time this year, the transfer buses were waiting for us at the beginning and end of our holiday. We will be using this service again and would recommend to anyone.

Looks like a scrap yard from the outside but these guys were great! Checked in the car in less than 2 mins that straight onto a mini bus to the airport. Telephoned the landline number when we had our luggage - call was answered quickly and mini bus arrived within 5 mins!! Back to the car park to find my car waiting at the exit for me!!

Callerton were so efficient, didn't have to wait to be taken to the airport and upon my return I was picked up within 5 minutes. Thank you so much. Excellent service and extremely affordable. Would 100% reccomend and would use again!'
