I recommend Callerton parking to anyone who is flying from Newcastle Airport. Friendly staff, quick transfers for both pick up and drop off. I will definitely use again.

First class. No waiting at 3.30am in morning to Newcastle airport and the bus waiting on our return.

The car park is very close to the airport and so transfer time is only about 8 mins. The place looks a bit rundown but as it is a budget option you get what you pay for. The only real issue we had was that on arrival a bus was waiting and one of the guys really put us under pressure to get our luggage onto the bus as if we were holding everything up, when a few mins later another car came into park and we had to wait for them anyway, and when you feel rushed you always feel like you have missed something, but it was 6am so maybe he had been working all night and was just a bit grumpy? The pick up transfer was speedy and the rest of the staff very friendly. All in all a good service for a good price.

This was easy to book online or over the phone. Good service provided and lovely friendly staff.

We have used Callerton Parking for many years now. We would not use any other. They are efficient, friendly - the car has always been safe - and very prompt in collecting people from the airport. We would recommend Calleton to anyone.

Pick ups were fine but car was very dirty on my return as if it had been parked in a muddy field

Great value for money, and very efficient. The staff were ready and waiting for us when we arrived. The driver of the transfer vehicle was bright and cheerful, and very helpful.Have already recommended to friends, and will do so in the future.

Prompt exchange of luggage & transfer, took the whole stress out of finding a car parking space then hauling your luggage. Welcome sight on arrivals once back at the airport. Would recommend anyone to use its facility. 10/10

This was our first time parking at Callerton Park and would recommend it ,the service was spot on and picking us up early in the morning they were there just after we phoned them

Car had an extra 12 miles on the clock when we returned and radio station had changed. Staff friendly and very efficient but I would not take my good car there! Milage was taken down when we handed the keys in so where it had been I don't know? Was not bothered as we took our run around just in case. Staff very friendly and efficient and price is cheap. Close to airport and they have a efficient transfere service. Yard looked like a scrap yard though.....you get what ya pay for in life.. Enjoy your journey

Some say the holiday begins at check in, i disagree. Holidays start at the point your car has been taken off and you’re on a mini bus to the airport. Callerton Parking benefits Friendly service Fantastic care and attention is given. No waiting around Prompt service On return your car is ready for you to leave what more can one ask for… I would recommend this company and no doubt I most certainly will be booking with them again soon. Helpful staff, very accommodating, extremely plesant and very quick and punctual so there was no waiting around and the pick up from the airport was a lot quicker than waiting for a taxi and the staff were very friendly

Very satisfied with the quality and efficiency of this service. Only disappointment was to find that my car radio settings had all been changed. I did not expect that the radio would have been touched at all. I would use again but would hope that in future the radio is not touched.

no hassle ,cheap,one simple phone call and they pick you up and your car is waiting for you. cheers will use again no bother

Easy to find....close to the airport...taken straight to airport after I dropped the car off...extremely prompt pick up on arrival and car was ready to go...can't fault them :-)
