Have used before good service were waiting for us to take to departures will definitely use again

Checked car in. Taken immediately to airport 5 minutes away without any delay. On return made phone call came to collect us immediately and car was ready to drive away without any delay

The transfers both to & from the airport were punctual & the drivers very friendly. The car was ready for our return with no waiting around.

Easy to find location and very efficient from the word go.Pick up bus was waiting when we got back to Newcastle - so no waiting around.Recommended and will be using Callerton Parking again this June.Friendly people too.

Very straightforward - people there to meet us (though reception could do with clearer signposting), friendly and the transfer to and from the airport was prompt. Little to say because it all went so smoothly

We didn't park our car, so can't really comment on where it went, but all we had to do was pull up at the door, leave the keys, and then the journey to and from the airport was quickly arranged, not a state of the art facility but doesn't need to be, very friendly staff, just what we needed.

Prompt and courteous service. Good value compared with airport owned parking and easier than on-airport long stay.

Very good value value, on time transfer no waiting time.battery went flat and greatfully managed to start it up despite arriving late on the new year's day. I will use the facillity in future for sure. Well done and thanx again.

Arrived late due to a problem with the car. Transfer was quick, so we checked in on time. Coach there for us on our return.

I came through the airport very quickly as I only had hand luggage. They came for me straight away without me having to wait for later passengers. Very impressed

Parked and on way to airport within 5 mins,on return the pick up was quick .

Cheap parking although very squashed together, good job cars are brought to the forecourt. Prompt transfers to and from the airport. Would use again for short term parking.

Great little car park very close to the airport. We called the bus at 3am when we picked up our luggage and the minibus was waiting for us by the time we got to the front door. Highly recommended !

Very efficient. We arrived a little earlier than expected, wasn't a problem we were booked in 10min and were off, arrived back the bus was just leaving and was full, guy told us to hang on there he would be back in 10 mins , and he was, we arrived at. Callerton found our car with keys in and heater on excellent service.

This was the first time i had ever used airport parking and as i was travelling alone i was a bit wary . Collerton was easy to find and the guys were very helpful and assured me my car would be very safe . The drop off and pick up from the airport was quick and prompt and made my feel very happy at leaving my car in good hands. The price was exceptional and good value for money . I would strongly recommend this car park to all my friends and will be using it again .

Quite badly lit at night and cars parked very close to each other but have used it before and will do again.

Staff were friendly and helpful, transfers took the minimum time and these factors alone make it true value for money.

Good value for money, convenient for Newcastle Airport and prompt transfers. However, we had to wait a few minutes for the car to be available, so room for improvement!

The site was easy to find and the service was friendly and efficient. No problems encountered.
