Paperwork was dealt with immediately, while our cases were being transferred from our car to transport vehicle. On our return we were handed car keys as we arrived, our vehicle was ready to go, despite it being -5C at Callerton. Ready to drive straight from the carpark entrance

Staff were really friendly and picked us up as soon as we phoned to say we had landed. They put our cases into the van. Helpful with directions when we left the park. Will definitely use them again.

Callerton was easy to find using directions supplied. There were no delays at office and were taken immediately to airport. When returned to airport rang the number provided and transport back to Callerton arrived straight away.

Directions to car park very easy to follow even at 5:30am. Staff were friendly, efficient and helped with the luggage - a boon for 'older ladies'. Transfer to the airport in a couple of minutes with the drop off point as near to the entrance as possible. Collection at pick up time was hassle free, cars at the ready and on the road in a couple of minutes. Would recommend this facility to anyone fling from Newcastle Airport.

No fuss, no frills, the pickup minibus may be elderly but the transfer was prompt and smooth, and staff helpful and pleasant.

The Parking area was easy to find and well located, with fast transfers to the Terminal. The pick-up on arrival home was even quicker than anticipated and my car was waiting at the gate for immediate driving away. A very satisfactory service.

i wanted a basic no frills service and that's exactly what i got, so no complaints there.

The only problem that we had was the car was covered in mud when we got it back.

Very convenient location near to Newcastle Airport, with very quick transfer by minibus direct to departure terminal. Very friendly and helpful staff

Half the price of on-airport parking with 1-2 minute transfer time. Staff were friendly and helpful and transfers on demand, so I was taken immediately on arrival at the site and rang their free phone number on my return. I waited in the allocated return area for less than a minute for the minibus back. This is actually better than the long stay on airport service which runs every 10-15 mins. Would definitely use again.
