The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived at a particularly busy time, however, we were still ferried to the airport within 15 mins. My only wish would have been for the forecourt to be a little lighter, but as there are homes in the vicinity perhaps this is now allowed. Would definitely use again.

Not the most attractive site at 5am in the morning and the transfer buses could be tidier. However it does what it says on the box, transfers are efficient and on time and the staff are friendly.

Its a basic service with a pretty rough and ready approach. Staff were polite enough and focused on speed of dealing with luggage - passengers seem to come a close second. Despite that, I'd use them again as they are a no-fuss and straightforward bunch who do do the job efficiently. Car park area looks like an old garage though!

Very friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Transfers to and from the airport were very swift. Recommend this car park to anybody flying from Newcastle airport. I shall be using this car park again when I travel from Newcastle.

The car parking facility at Callerton was easy to find and very close to the airport. Although the buildings used as offices were maybe a little run down it is after all a car park and not a 5 star hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful by helping with bags, cases etc and also very pleasant. On return from holiday the pick up was prompt and car was sitting ready to carry on my journey home. Pricing was also very competitive. I would definatley use their service again.

My Mum and I got back to Newcastle Airport at 2am and once we had collected our luggage, I made a quick call to Callerton. By the time we had got a hot drink from the vending machine, the bus was there to collect us! Very efficient and affordable car parking only minutes from Newcastle Airport. Would recommend without reservation.

We were running late for our flight, on arrival at Callerton Parking, they gave us their full attention, dealt with paper work quickly and got us on our way to the Airport within minutes, no problem what so ever and very nice with it. On our return the mini bus was already at the airport waiting for us, we were helped with our luggage and straight back to pick up our car which was sitting waiting for us. Again no problem what so ever, our keys were waiting and the staff were organised, helpful and nice. This was our first time at Callerton Parking and we will certainly use them again. Thank you for your professionalism, I just wish other companies would take a leaf out of your book on how to conduct a business.

Callerton Parking was easily found following directions given. The tranfers to and from Newcastle Airport were efficient and took only minutes. We had a very short wait to be picked up on our return and our car was ready for us. All that - and the cheapest rates online! Highly recommended.

Found the carpark no problem with Satnav And the Workers were Nice and Answered any Questions Really Good and car Waiting fur you on the Way Back .

2 adults and 3 young children all safely and easily deposited at Newcastle airport on arrival. No messing about, just quick and efficient. Landing back later at night, we were collected within minutes and were back on the motorway home much quicker than we have been with other parking companies. No messing about, just quick and efficient. Would thoroughly recommend.

positive experience but on arrival it wasn't very well signposted and we ended up driving past as one of the coaches to transport people to the terminal was parked in the entrance to the car park

Easy to find, close to airport. Quick efficient service with prompt transfers to and from airport. On return our car was waiting at entrance so after a long flight we could just put the luggage in and go!

A very efficient service with customer focussed staff, and great value for money. This was our first experience of Callerton having used other parking services previously, but this one beats them hands down. Will definitely use again.

Staff were very friendly on arrival and cars were ready and waiting at the end of our trip. Staff answered phone promptly when we contacted them on our return. We had to wait for a few minutes for the minibus as it was full and had to return for us. Would use again.

Found the parking easily using the directions. Very close to the airport and transfer was prompt. Setting and vehicles a little rough round the edges but staff were very friendly and dealt with booking in smoothly.

Parked here and in arriving it resembled a scrap yard. The transfer mini bus looked on its last legs. To be fair the transfer was quick and the service fine but the general appearance etc. means I will not book here again

The staff were very helpful and cheerful, even at that awful early morning time, as we had a delay on return flight. We were picked up promptly and our car was all ready and waiting. All in all the service was excellent. We would definitely reccomend Callerton Parking.
