Everything about using EPG Meet and Greet Gatwick was perfect. I will definitely be using them again, they were punctual, reliable and polite.

Very good and efficient service which was a great help as we were travelling with 2 small children. Would definitely recommend this service as was also great value for money.

I was sceptical at first due to the low cost compared to other operators. It took a few attempts to reach someone on the mobile numbers provided but we eventually got someone. The only concern I had was the extra 27 miles added to my odometer upon return. I queried the attendant who returned the vehicle and he advised this was normal due the location of the depots. All in all a pleasurable experience.

There when they said they were going to be, no waiting at all. Accommodated our late arrival with no problems. Excellent service, highly recommended, especially at the price!

Paid £35 for a weeks parking in June which was an absolute bargain. Although there were two cars in our group both using EPG ( and arriving at same time)and they had only one driver on that night both of us were met on arrival at Gatwick and the cars handed over quickly and easily. Our flight back was delayed slightly but again both cars were waiting for us on arrival.

Excellent service all round. After a long, old, tiring journey through the night on the M4 and M25 we reached Gatwick and were greeted by a friendly face right away, who took away our car, looked after it and kept it safe and was prompt on time again to give it us back after the holiday - all adding to making our travelling experience a pleasant and hassle-free one! Fair price too. Thank you to those nice friendly people :-)

Telephone calls responded to quickly and in a friendly manner. Car taken away and returned within minutes of our arrival at the agreed waiting point. Friendly drivers who cheerfully removed luggage from the boot for us. Car undamaged. Would not hesitate to use this service again as it was also good value for money. Top Marks.

We were please to have booked with you and we thought it we thought it was very good value for money. We would used the wervice again.

The guy on the phone was very rude when we called to confirm directions, but the person collecting the car was friendly and apologetic. Nice and quick on the way out. On our return we did have to wait about 20 minutes but we were told this when we rang. All flights had been disrupted due to French air strikes so we expected this as assume it also disrupted all their bookings. Would def use again for ease.

Will defiantly use this service again Great value for money and service was superb Dropping off and returning they were there within minutes of making the call. Staff very friendly.

Having used many meet & greet companies EPG were were good. We did have a short wait at both ends but overall very good experience.

Accidentally left mobile phone in the car but called the company and they returned to the airport quickly and without any problem to bring the phone back. They didn't use my car for the extra trip so saved my petrol!

Excellent service it was great value for money and would definately use them again. Drivers waiting for us at both ends of our journey which made it really easy to get a quick getaway when our plane was delayed coming back.

We had 2 cars for drop off. We were slightly early but there was only one driver to take away the cars.

Why would you ever do anything else? No waiting, no buses, just friendly efficient service. Brilliant if you have small kids...

We were met as soon as we arrived at the terminal so could hand the car over straight away and our car was ready and waiting for us when we got out of the airport on our return.

It was our second time using EPG Meet and Greet. The first time was brilliant, however, it was about 10-15 minutes late when the car was returned. Hope the punctuality can be improved in the future. Overall, it is very reliable and we'll use the service again.

As a result of traffic problems on the M25 we left early to make our flight. By good fortune we arrived an hour and a half earlier than expected, however we then spent half an hour calling the 2 mobile numbers given to us, both of them rang and rang before saying that the phone was either switched off or busy and to try the other number. When we finally got through to someone they were helpful and collected the car very promptly. When we collected the car it was in a filthy condition due to be parked under trees, the driver had said they would have cleaned it but were too busy, 5 minutes with a power hose and parking it in a different slot the day before would have sorted this out. Both the collection and delivery driver were very polite and helpful. I would use this service again.

Almost the same price as log term parking but no bus as you are at the terminal. They were on time, a good service.
