I was particularly impressed with the service I received this time. First of all I forgot to let you know about the change in flight times on the outward journey and then our flight into Gatwick was delayed by 6 hours plus a long delay waiting for baggage. Neither of these mishaps seemed to cause you any trouble and your driver was waiting for me so I did not even have to await delivery of the car. I am very impressed. Thankyou John de Louvois

Given the terrible weather on our return the service was prompt and the two people we dealt with were both friendly and helpful.

Staff were polite, prompt and helpful at all times. The service was well worth the money. I fly a lot and use 'Meet and Greet' all the time. It is just so easy.

Collection driver (English) arrived a couple of minutes after us. Condition and mileage recorded. Return driver (same man) arrived exactly the same time as us. Car showed 12 miles driving and warmed up. No damage. No fuss.

The company contacted us on route to the airport to see if we were on schedule and when we explained we were running late they said to ring them when we were about 10 mins away which we did and they were waiting for us as we arrived. Our arrival back in England was delayed by 48hrs which was not a problem and the same top class service was given. We would highly recommend this meet and greet service and will be definately using it again.

Very prompt in meeting us at the airport and on our return, after calling with our bags collected, they where already waiting for us with our car as we exited the airport. Also fantastic value for money. I have found it far cheaper than parking.

Everything about this service was spot on The staff were very helpfull, nothing was to much fior them and we were in contact with the driver all the time by mobile Phone.Wound recomend this service and will be using it in the future.

EPG were waiting for us when we arrived at Gatwick (after phoning 10 mins before) and were also awaiting with our car on our return again just phoning a few minutes before. I will use EPG again. Meet and Greet takes some of the stress out when travelling with kids.

Very pleased with overall service. Staff were courteous, on time and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending this meet and greet service. The only small criticism is around security - they asked for no proof of ID or ticket reference when I returned to pick up the car. I could have been anyone posing as the owner. I think the company should issue a receipt when you drop the car off and then some sort of ID check when collecting. Fortunately there were no problems for me, but it could happen.

Did everything they said they would at an unbelievably good price. My car had done only 10 miles and was in exactly the same condition as when I handed it over to them. I can definitely recommned the service and will use it again myself.

Very happy with the service, everybody I spoke to has been really helpful. My car was picked up within 2 minutes of arrival and I hardly had to wait when I came back. Quick and easy.

Initially concerned when on approach to the airport our first call to EPG was met with a blank response as they had no record of our booking. The driver did however manage to get to us only a few minutes after our arrival at airport. From then on cannot fault the service, on return to uk made 1 call and car was with us very promptly. Overall good service and fantastic value. Will definitely use again

Email stated that someone would be there to collect the car if we called 15 minutes before arrival. We had booked to arrive at 9:30am and phoned at 9:10am to say we would be appx 15 minutes. We were told that we were earlier than bookes so would have to call again when we were actually at the airport and they would arrange collection. This then took 20 min in the pouring rain. When the car was collected the guy just said it was a busy time. He also told us not to call for return until we had all our bags in case any were lost despite the fact that the email said to call as soon as you were in the luggage hall. That is what we in fact did and the car was waiting for us when we came out. :-) Its lovely and much easier to have the meet and greet - and overall was very good, just a pain that we had to wait so long for collection with no apology.

I don't often leave reviews, unless the service or item is excellent or rubbish. I found the EPG meet and greet excellent. They were very prompt, courteous and good value for money. Would definitely use again.

Efficient and friendly staff who showed flexibility with times. Great value for money and a great way to eliminate some of the hassle from travelling. Will use again.

We left from the south terminal and arrived at the north terminal.We got a bit lost at the North terminal arriving back (must have been the change in the weather!) however the driver was great. Many thanks EPG every thing was so easy as I was travelling with a recovering broken leg and after a 4 1/2 hour flight just wanted to collect the car and get home which was exactly what we did

Friendly and helpful staff on the phone prior to arrival. The driver was waiting for us at Gatwick and, on return, the car arrived within a couple of minutes. I have only praise for the service we experienced.
