Happy to recommend this company, good communication and turned up when planned.

This is the first time we have used this service and as we were travelling at rather unsociable hours, we were anxious that it should work efficiently. It was great, we phoned en route as requested and were met at the airport when we arrived. We phoned when we landed and were met almost immediately on arrival - the team already knew that our plane had landed early and were ready for that. We will use this service again.

One our way to Gatwick for very early flight to France, we phoned from the motorway, and someone was at the meet and greet point when we arrived. Signed a form, and the car was taken away. I was a little nervous when I saw the driver take it away, but the car was duly returned when we came back after a week.

All as expected had to wait a few minutes when we arrived but nothing to worry about car was out side waiting on our return. Would use again

Driver went to wrong terminal so we were delayed by 25 minutes! This was despite registering for South Terminal on the website when we booked and repeating this instruction when we phoned the company. Better service on return but would still recommend you ring as soon as you are off the plane as we waited a further 10 - 15 minutes despite having rung the company whilst waiting for our luggage.

It stated the car was parked underground in a car park but the outside of my car was covered in mud. What was worse that the whole drivers area and pedals were also caked in mud also. I think there is also a small scratch on the car which wasn't there before in the front wheelarch but cannot take this us as there was no check of the car which I have had with other providers.

This is the easiest, no hassle way to start & finish your trip. Perfect service & timing. Worth the money.

Unfortunately my booking did not appear in the system when I phoned to say I was 10 mins away from the airport, but the gentleman was exceptionally helfpul and trusted the booking had been made, so met us very promptly at the airport. I showed the email confirmation and everything was okay. On the return, my call was expected and the car was delivered 5 mins after we walked out of the terminal. Exceptionally good value for money.

They called before I arrived at the airport to confirm I was on my way. They were polite and car was waiting for me (1am) when we arrived back in the UK. Great value for money (cheaper then long term parking)! Couldn't fault them.

They were slightly late in meeting us for the drop off but the airport was very busy with queueing traffic. On the return journey our car was pulling up as we walked to to pick up point; it was lovely getting into a warm car. Good service that I would definitely use again.

Do it. I came home and heard the bad reviews on watchdog. I had no problems and would recommend this service to anybody, especially if you arrive back in the uk in the middle of the night. I got my baggage, I walked out of the terminal, got into my car and was home in bed 35 minutes later.

First time I have used meet and greet, and will certainly be using EPG again. We had a really early check in, 4am, but this proved no problem. We got straight through to the number provided and were met pretty soon after we arrived outside departures by cheerful and helpful EPG representatives. Arriving back from our hols we had a bit of a baggage crisis at the airport, and we had to change our pick up point from south to north terminal. Again EPG were really helpful, and were waiting for us at the newly arranged pick up point within a few minutes of our phoning. Their friendly and efficient service removed all the hassles associated with airport parking and luggage lugging, and at a great price,too. Would definitely recommend to other travellers.

I'll probably never get a cab to the airport again. Much cheaper and more convenient to use Meet and Greet. No waiting around at all - even in the middle of the night. Well done.

An excellent service from EPG. I travelled from Oxford to Gatwick so arrived very early, only gave them 5 - 10 minutes notice and they were waiting for me when I arrived. Again, they were ready and waiting on my return, it couldn't have been more slick. The price was really good value too - GO EPG everytime!

This service was easy and efficient. Our friendly service rep was waiting for us when we arrived at LGW and the hand over was swift and effortless. On the way back, because we were using airport assistance, we became held up between customs and collecting our baggage. The same friendly rep was there to greet us, even though we were longer than anticipated. We would definitely use this service again.

This is the first time we have used this service, and we were very pleased with it. We had to wait a little when dropping off our car - 10 minutes or so, that's all. The drivers were very polite and friendly. The cost to us was about the same as a taxi to and from Gatwick, but we found this more convenient for us. Well done EPG!

Could not have asked for more, my arrival was pre-empted with a phone call and the collection driver was already waiting. All uniformed up, checked the condition of the car and pointed us in the right direction for the terminal. Same scenario when collection the car after our holiday. Driver arrived at the same time we got downstairs, again, polite, punctual and uniformed up. Will definatley use again.

Despite us being quite late in arriving at Gatwick the courtesy driver was able to adjust his timetable and meet us within a few minutes of our late arrival. On our return a week later we were given clear and helpful instructions on where to go to meet with our returning car and everything was spot on. We didn't have to wait more than 2-3 minutes before our car was delivered back to us. Throughout our dealings with them all EPG staff were very courteous and professional. Well done on providing a first class service.

When we phoned on our way to the airport,neither number picked up, but we were called back less than a minute later and were met on arrival. We were given details of exactly where to go, even which lane to be in on our approach. On our return we waited maybe two minutes for the driver, which was 10 minutes after we called-exactly as the driver said it would be.
