Someone was there ready to take our car at 5 o'clock in the morning, and it was ready for us when we returned. As my wife has a mobility problem and can't readily get on and off a shuttle bus to long-stay parking, this proved a good option for us.

This service is significantly better than the 'Park & Ride' type of parking. I have only one comment - make certain than you know EXACTLY where your car was initially met so that you can return there. I got a bit lost on the return - entirely my fault.

I have always used a taxi as I can't bear waiting around for coaches etc at the airport, but this is just perfect. It's great value and the drivers were where they said they would be, when they said they would be there. I will be using them all the time from now on.

First class service. We have no complaints at all and would reccomend the service to anyone travelling.

Waited approx 2 mins on departure, 20 seconds when we got back. Our flight times were altered a few days before travel, and staff on the phone were friendly and helpful over the changes. The drivers both times were great. We will use EPG again. Thanks.

on arrival at the airport driver was waiting forus .when we arrived back the car was there by the time we got to the drop of point, both drivers wre very cortiousand helped load/unload lugage. this has been the best meet and greet service i have used to date and will deffinatly use again. JMAC.

It cut a lot of the hassle out of travelling. We arrived back late at night on a bank holiday to a different terminal to that scheduled and we only had hand luggage. EPG had no problem switching terminals at the last minute and having phoned at passport control they were waiting outside minutes later. We did not wait at all. Really good, personable service.

We missed each other on our arrival at the airport (had to wait more than 10 mins)but it was because he was waived on. However the driver was there on our return so a very good service. And to the question "would we use them again?" - Yes.

All as expected. Good service. Dirty car on return - but that was probably the weather !

When we arrived back in the UK at Gatwick we called as we reached the baggage claim area . We explained that we had been diverted to the North Terminal rather than the South and this was no problem. I was then asked to call back after we had collected our bags which was disappointing as we then had to wait 15 mins in the cold at around 11.00pm with our boys as they car was delayed being returned. It was explained there had been an issue with diversions which was fine but why ask me to call back knowing there was a problem. It wasn't a big deal but just longer a wait than expected and could have been partly avoided. Would use again as overall good service and value.

Every thing was as explained . A very good service. Will be happy to use EPG again in the future.

The driver was waiting for us when we arrived and the car was there when we left the airport. A very efficient service with friendly staff; I will use them again for sure!

Dropped the car off at Gatwick and after a short wait, drove around the block twice, the EPG staff were there. When we returned, car was waiting for us outside.....can't get much better than that! Great service and will be using them next time...

Have used this company before & rated it very highly. A very convenient service & all worked out well except this time when our vehicle was returned one of our tyres was flat. I am not sure how they managed to drive it to the airport like that & the driver didn't mention it to us. It was very inconvenient sorting out after getting off plane. Considering this I would still look to use this type of service next time but would look for a company who did basic checks on your vehicle so not put in that position again.
